Today, I mailed out five large envelopes and the staff was most helpful. They were patient with me as I looked up the addresses from my phone contacts. Never again will I go to the Post Office where one is greeted by an unhappy employee who hated their job and it permeates from one cubicle to the next. That is the way one is greeted after standing in the line!!! Here at this location, you walk in, no waiting in line, employee greets you and you actually have positive adult conversation as they assist you. I might have paid a little more, it was worth every dime I spent, thanks to the service I received. I will be back!!! Keep up the good work!!!

They were only taking cash only, so he gave them $20 to mail my package. Yesterday my package was returned because it didn't actually have the address number on it. (This could have been my son's fault, but no one thought to add that??). I returned today to explain what happened. A younger woman I have never seen before said she could mail it again for another $20, cash only. I tried to explain to her that we had used them to mail it two weeks ago, and someone made a mistake. She shrugged and said she couldn't help, and reminded me it was cash only. I went to Ship N More. It was cheaper, and they take a card. Guess I will be using them from now on.

We came by one night and accidentally shut the door but did not actually lock the unit. We got a call the next day saying the unit was unsecured so we could come by and fix it. I appreciate that level of security and service. Sometimes there is a wait in the office since there's normally only one person, but again, were so friendly! Move day went fine, our team was professional and friendly. However we noted some damage to furniture items and appliances after the move. Between our move date in February and now, I've reached out weekly with very minimal response. I finally had someone make contact with me about a month ago to say that my concerns were being passed along to the "claims department" and I've never received any follow up. So beware this company for anything that does not go according to plan, because I suspect you will not get any follow up from anyone.
