They were only taking cash only, so he gave them $20 to mail my package. Yesterday my package was returned because it didn't actually have the address number on it. (This could have been my son's fault, but no one thought to add that??). I returned today to explain what happened. A younger woman I have never seen before said she could mail it again for another $20, cash only. I tried to explain to her that we had used them to mail it two weeks ago, and someone made a mistake. She shrugged and said she couldn't help, and reminded me it was cash only. I went to Ship N More. It was cheaper, and they take a card. Guess I will be using them from now on.

We came by one night and accidentally shut the door but did not actually lock the unit. We got a call the next day saying the unit was unsecured so we could come by and fix it. I appreciate that level of security and service. Sometimes there is a wait in the office since there's normally only one person, but again, were so friendly! They showed up at 9:45 for an 8am move time 3. They charged me for 5.25 hours when this has never taken any other company more than 2.5 hours, I am a single person in a 950 sq ft place 4.
