The concern though is that I needed a unit with 40sq ft. I signed to pay for a 4'x10' and the unit is actually 3'x10'. I realized it was smaller when I was moving my items and it wasn't fitting as I expected. The property manager Jessica was super helpful when I was looking to rent a unit, yet was matter of fact when I raised the concern about the size of the unit. I asked her about the foot difference in the unit size and she said they have a disclosure that says unit dimensions vary. It's unfortunate that this business runs this kind of business. The unit should reflect that it's a 3'x10' instead of 4'x10'. I'm paying $83 a month for the 3'x10' and had to pay a $25 app fee. Thankfully, it's a month to month. I'm looking at other storage locations. Other places said units may vary an inch or two but not a whole foot. I advise measuring the unit you may rent to make sure it meets your needs since the listed sizes are inaccurate.

Horrible customer service. I called the corporate office a week ago and was supposed to get a call…read moreback within 48 hours. Nobody called me. I have been renting from them for years. When I moved out of one of my two rental spaces I had to wait for 45+ minutes for an employee to finish their bathroom break to unlock the gate and my storage space that was already paid for. I called multiple times the weeks prior to clearly communicate and even called the morning of my move to pay my daily rate. However, my gate access was revoked (even though I have a second space at the same facility paid through January) and there was a super-lock on my storage space I was moving out of. It cost me over $100 for their employee to go to the bathroom. (Employee verified to my husband who located him that he was on a bathroom break). I called the Monday after my move to explain what happened and I was offered a $25 credit. This acknowledges they were in the WRONG. Yet, why am I paying more than an additional $75 for their employee's toilet break? When I called corporate they tried everything to blame their error on me. I wasted another 40-minutes on the phone with them and was left with the promise someone from corporate would be in touch with me in 48 hours. No such call occurred. This is sheer ignorance and GREED on their end. This is a horrible way to treat a long term customer. Loyalty goes both ways. This is the shadiest company. They're constantly raising their prices and never return calls. When I called the store to initially complain the young man working there LIED to me and gave me a fake name and number to management. Store your stuff elsewhere. Unit B3084 09/09/2023 - date my money was wasted on an employee bathroom break at 11am - 11:45 am My team of 9 movers had nothing to move for 45-minutes and cost me $115, and made the end time of my move late. I rented a 10x20 space for one month, and while check-in required a good amount of paperwork which consumed some time, she didn't waste any. I just checked out less than 15 minutes ago, and it took more time riding the golf cart to my unit than it did to check out. She even remembered my unit number simply from seeing me (!), I would not hesitate to recommend this location to my closest friends and family. Absolutely extraordinary experience.
