They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month. I would never give them business or recommend business again. What started out as a compassionate business quickly gave us the cold shoulder. Just sad.

The storage facility manager cut the lock on my unit to allow someone to "deliver" [something?] to it without calling me and asking first. Explicitly in breach of their own contract. After realizing that the contents of my unit didn't seem in line with what was being delivered, they checked the guys paperwork and realized it was the wrong unit. Maybe. They gave me new locks, but seem to completely miss the fact that 1. Per their own contract, they are not permitted to access the unit for reasons like this. 2. It's not acceptable to cut someone's unit open because some random delivery person says they need to put something in it.
