They handled all of my belongings with great care, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel easy and organized. Kevin and his team worked hard and were flexible. When my leasing office wasn't open and the freight elevator wasn't accessible, they were able to pivot and adapt quickly. The team had a positive attitude and greeted me with a handshake and a friendly smile first thing this morning. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and they treated all of my home, furniture, and belongings with respect. Not to mention, I asked if they would drop of my mattress at my new place down the street from my storage unit (an added extra stop) and they said they would! After the final stop, they closed me out and everything was done in 2 HOURS!! I was shocked. This crew of three guys done in 2 hours packing up my 600 sqft apartment was a great value and money well spent compared to the other quotes I received. In actuality the U-haul rep is there only around 8 am to pick up from a lockbox. then she made sure to log my return 6 hours later so I'd have to pay an extra day. in the meantime U-haul reps were calling me trying to change dropoff location after I already returned the truck. this was annoying. next time I will dropoff at an actual U-haul center or rent from Budget.
