When we told the Property Manager, Charlene, she said we are aware of that, sorry, your neighbors had food in their storage unit. She was FULLY aware of this and GAVE ZERO NOTICE, we had to come in to discover the rat infestation. This storage facility is disgusting and terribly run, the staff is not trained correctly and open 1 hour late everyday to "log in to their computers." AVOID THIS STORAGE UNIT AT ALL COSTS, you will lose all your belongings to rat poop and your money because we paid for the PREMIUM INSURANCE every month for over a year and all they did was say sorry we were aware of the rats in your unit and did not tell you.
