Five stars for John Edwards and A&M Twin City Auto Body!…read more After my daughter's accident, we needed a body shop we could trust, and John Edwards, the owner of Twin City Auto Body in Bryan, delivered on every front. From the first conversation, John was upfront, responsive, and easy to work with. He kept us informed at each step, so we never had to wonder where things stood, which meant a great deal during a stressful time for our family. John's pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. When we picked up my daughter's car, it looked brand new. You truly couldn't tell it had ever been in an accident. He also ordered the parts promptly and completed the repair faster than any body shop I've dealt with in all my years of experience. It's rare to find a shop that combines honest pricing, excellent communication, speedy turnaround, and top-notch craftsmanship, but John and his team at A&M Twin City Auto Body do exactly that. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you're in the Bryan/College Station area and need collision repair, I highly recommend John and A&M Twin City Auto Body. You won't be disappointed!

Please stay away from this business if you value your money or your vehicle…read more I took my daughter's Toyota RAV4 in for a front bumper repair and was quoted $900. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. My daughter attends college in the area, so I had to rely on her assessment at pickup -- which is understandably different from mine. Here's what we encountered: 1. It took weeks just to receive a quote. 2. When she picked up the vehicle, panels and flares were still loose. 3. She had to wait an additional three hours for them to correct the issue. 4. The pre-collision warning was still active -- something they apparently did not check or notice while moving the car around their shop. 5. We were told the sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. When she came home this weekend, I had the vehicle reassessed elsewhere. The issue? The sensor simply needed to be reprogrammed -- total cost: $150. Very disappointing experience overall. Consider this a lesson learned on our end, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with their vehicle.

I went in for an oil change and called to get a price. I was told $110. Once at the shop the oil…read morechange became $151 dollars. I was told shop fees and other charges were extra. I also had a coupon for 50% off, but they only gave me $55 off. This is not 50% of $151. Of course there was a "leak" that would require a diagnostic fee to fully determine the problem as well. This seems to be a common thread in other reviews. I think if you call and ask for the price, you should get a true price. This is deceptive; and for a place with a lot of religious overtones, seems sadly misleading.

As for the body work done on my car, it looks better than before the accident.
