I rented a car for 2 days, looked it over when I got it and when I dropped it off -NO damage. It was a newer Honda Civic or Accord. I also filled the gas tank to full before dropping it off. And they charged me $21.90 for a $4.09 toll fees! I was told to text my Uber receipt to the airport after dropping off the car and they'd refund my Uber but I've yet to see that refund hit my account. Unnecessary overage on fees and lies about an Uber refund! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM U-SAVE!!! *You've been warned.* I would have saved more in fees, time and effort by using Hertz or Enterprise!

It said there were ashes on the floor; we don't even smoke! We never took pictures because we didn't dream that we would need any. Do NOT use this company if you don't want to incur extra charges for no justifiable reason!!! We are trying to get this charge dropped but have unsuccessful so far. They will scam you . They are not registered with the better business bureau. That's for a reason. Save yourself the trouble do not rent there go somewhere where else. You'd better to rent a dog sled . We had a great experience the first time and a terrible experience the second time. For the same load of furniture and boxes, both one-story houses, the second move took 3 hours longer, cost $600 more, and they didn't even finish. The crew was inefficient and inexperienced - my husband moved his own pull-up bar while the crew stood around and tried to figure out how to do it. They spent 30 minutes trying to get a couch in the playroom, couldn't figure it out; I hired a college kid to come help my husband move it a couple days later, knocked it out in 10 minutes. We made 3 more trips that week to get the rest of the stuff that they didn't move. After multiple rounds of phone tag, I finally spoke with the owner, and he agreed to split the difference with me and write me a check for $300. This was a month ago. Never received the check, and never was able to get a hold of him again.

Seemed a bit short staffed, and other folks were a bit agitated, but for us, both times we did not have any issues. Only real thing I can find I didnt care for was the "clean" factor. Whole place seemed dingy, even the truck was worn-ish feeling. We used it to load up apartment, go to storage locker, and then do it again a few weeks later for move in. Could have been a lot worse. Will use them again if need be.
