**Update** I initially gave a one star review but I have been pleasantly surprised with RV Station's effort to make things right. They offered us a free rental in a newer motorhome unit and it was what I hoped for the first time! Clean unit and everything in good working condition. The only reason I don't put 5 stars is that communication was poor beforehand and the generator stopped working 2 days before we finished our trip. Thankfully, it wasn't too hot yet so we were fine. We called about a Super C that had been there for awhile and had just been reduced. We were promised that the RV had 6 brand new tires and that they had inspected it at least twice, all filters and fluids had been replaced and everything worked great, and that they were a family owned and really took care of their customers, etc. We told them we were having our own inspection and a mechanic would also be inspecting the unit. We spent $1,600 on inspections to find out they lied. Oil leaking, oil filter filthy, brake line leaking and the mechanic took a picture of the line covered with some kind of substance in an effort to "fix" it, electronics not working and so on. We are out of state and would not be able to see the unit before it was delivered (do your own search for shipping company and their recommendation was 1/3 higher than our quote). When I commented to one of the owners about the tires, the response was well we were going to install them after the inspection. Yea, right. ALWAYS get private inspections and learn from my $1,600 cost experience. Stay far away from them. read more

Newbie Owner of RV I stopped in to RV Station the day before heading out on my first camping trip where I would use water. I had been struggling on multiple occasions to get the water system to work. I had checked manuals, watched YouTube videos, and talked to other RV friends. I could not figure out why my water pump was no pulling water from the fresh water tank. Bill at RV Station listened to my concern, asked to see my rig, and promptly taught me how to access my water pump. On top of that, he did not accept any compensation for his actions. Mike the salesman called me back before I set out on a 2 1/2 drive to see a specific unit. He promised me it was in "Excellent condition". I arrive, to have him tell me I can't see it as they have decided to send it back to "where it came from" because it was in such bad condition. He had my phone number, said he texted me. I got nothing. If you have a customer making a 2 1/2hour drive, wouldn't you pick up the phone and call them? And what happened to the "excellent" condition?? This unit has been on their website for a long time, I doubt it just now became so bad, I think it had more to do with me questioning why it was $10,000 more than book value. Difficult to obtain pricing info online (even with live chat with an agent!) If your going to post inventory online, please include the price....otherwise don't bother. Who has time to contact each dealer directly & ask how much each rv is? I shop online to save everyone's time & only contact dealer when I've found something I'm VERY interested in. After hearing from two other people about not being able to deal with this business, I wanted to give them a chance! I did and I made a mistake. Wanted to get my rv in for service, I called and was told to bring it in and would take a week. No problem. Never had any contact from them whatsoever! Went in again after two weeks and had not been touched! But was told they would def get to it the next week. Went in the next week (which was a total of three weeks) still hadn't been touched. Again, no contact from them at all. Got my keys from them and left! Will not be giving them another chance! Very rude and not helpful at all customer service! If you don't have the time, just be honest and tell me! Don't waste my 3 weeks when I could of taken it somewhere else! read more

After 8 great years with our Roadtrek Adventurous, we decided to switch over to a small 5th wheel. After much research, we decided that the Alpine 3010 would work best for us. Then we had to find it. The closest one we found was located at the RVStation in Bryan/College Station. We contacted Cannon Combs online and asked if we could make a deal for that 5th wheel. Cannon quickly got back to us and began leading us through the process of trading in the Roadtrek and getting the Alpine. Next step was going up to Bryan/College Station to pick up the 2015 Alpine. Renae and Steve Ballard had the unit ready and the technician was ready to do the walk through. All went smoothly. Renae and Steve made sure all the adjustments were made and had a sofa (we didn't want the chairs that came with the Alpine and asked for a sofa instead) and a replacement part sent to the Katy RV Station location. When the sofa and part arrived, we went to Katy and had the changes made During the entire process, Cannon kept track of what was happening and checked in with us several times. The employees at the Bryan/College Station and the Katy locations could not have been more helpful. The work was done as quickly as possible and everything was explained to us. Renae and at the Bryan/College Station location were particularly knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question. The bottom line is that RV Station people know what they are doing. Cannon in particular is dedicated to making customers happy. He will help you find the RV you want and is readily available to answer any questions. I think Cannon truly loves his job and wants to share his boundless enthusiasm with his customers. We would not hesitate to return to RV Station in the future. We were treated with respect and all of our incessant questions were answered very patiently. We were very impressed with the staff at the Katy RV Station (especially Tom Guerra, the service manager) and Renae and Steve at the Bryan/College Station location did an outstanding job. read more

RV Station doesn't even make the grade to be rated. We only gave it a 1 because there was no choice. We bought a RV from an individual, not RV station. The person that we purchased the RV from referred us to RV Station to have it checked over before we took it out on our first camping trip. They told us to come back after our camping trip if we were having any issues. THIS IS WHERE OUR NIGHTMARE BEGAN!! We brought it in at the middle of September, 2015 and they began to work on it around October 10th, 2015. Because of their incompetent staff we did not receive back our RV until 10 months later!!!!! Unbelievable!! Throughout the duration of this whole nightmare the service representative did not contact us to let us know their progress. Two months into leaving it at RV station I decided to call to see what was happening, the work had not begun. The representative told us they tried calling us. They did not!!!! He yelled at me and was very rude to me basically blaming me and why didn't I call them. I was under the impression they were working on it and they would call to let me know the work was finished. So the representative said they would begin the work now. So life went on. They called us to let us know the work was done. When we went to pick up our RV we did an inspection of their workmanship. The trim underneath the kitchen lower cabinets was missing. The thermostat in the hallway was very loose and there was a hole in our carpet. Then we decided to look inside the drawers and cabinets to ensure their was nothing missing. This is when we found rat droppings in the all the drawers and they made homes in the cabinets and drawers by shredding the paper towel and toilet tissue. The rest of the RV was filthy also!! When we brought our RV to RV Station in a clean slate, we expected it to be returned to us in the same way!!!! So then, we had to leave it again for three weeks so they could order the trim for the kitchen cabinets and fix the carpet and thermostat. We did not receive our RV back until June 17th, 2016. This is the worst service we have received from ANY business!!! We were treated with total disrespect and disregarded as a client and treated like dirt. I do not recommend RV STATION to anyone!!!
