Kindness goes a very long way for us which is why they get four stars. Because we didn't actually get served we can't comment on quality or value. Thanks again for your suggestions

If I could give this place a 10 star rating,I would…read more Picture this: 1. A/C went out in a blistering hot summer for myself and two very furry cats. 2. I am a solo female RVer. 3. I am have profound hearing loss with special communication needs (no signing). 4. I was physically sick from the heat and believe me, wiping cats with cold towels is a death dare all by itself. 5. I was desperate. All five of those are grounds for a dishonest business to take financial advantage. I was worried about that. They did not. They were honest and did excellent work. Please read on: David came immediately. He first urged safety for myself and the cats in the heat. He listened to me (listening to someone even if you know what they are going to say is worth weight in gold) and assured me everything was going to be alright and they went to work straight away. So you see... he was showing that he cared more than just getting paid. With my profound hearing loss, I tell people exactly what I need in terms of communication help. David did exactly as I asked. He was considerate and respectful. He is the kind of person a nearly deaf person wants to talk to. He had no self-conscious feelings and there was no "elephant in the room." The issue was solved so quickly that I didn't need to put more cool towels on my cats or myself. Now that tells you something. I am writing this review after giving time for the a/c work to be judged as fantastic or a poor job. It's fantastic!!! Should I ever need help with anything again, I'm calling them and only them. They are honest, do good work, and have excellent customer relations.

Come on down to Milstead's Service Center!…read more Where timelines are flexible, updates are optional, and customers are encouraged to call repeatedly for basic information. At Milstead's, we'll confidently tell you your vehicle will be seen immediately once towed in. What happens next is part of the experience: several days of silence, no diagnosis, no parts ordered, and no updates unless you call and ask. Repeatedly. Prefer transparency? Even better. You can request daily updates and enjoy receiving none of them -- until you independently track down the owner's contact information after the manager refuses to provide it. Once ownership gets involved, we proudly demonstrate that communication was possible the entire time. We do eventually fix the car. That box gets checked. But the real value-add comes after pickup. At Milstead, we may remove cosmetic modifications from your vehicle -- like black window trim wrap -- without your knowledge, consent, or disclosure. It won't be mentioned. It won't be documented. You'll just notice it later and wonder what else changed. If you return to ask about it, accountability is optional. We may offer to "fix it ourselves," which pairs nicely with the overall experience. So if you're looking for terrible management, minimal transparency, and a little post-service detective work, Milstead's Service Center has you covered. If you're looking for professionalism, communication, or basic respect for customer property, you may want to keep shopping.
