Hole in floor

They finally fixed the fireplace, broke the slide. They fixed the slide and left a giant rip in the floor.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!…read more My family purchased a brand new 2025 Heartland Trailer at this facility. The trailer was manufactured wrong. Within days of purchase, water started leaking throughout the trailer. Holes in walls were found, and the oven did not work. They went in circles with the dealer. Christopher Allen the service manager and Casey Bryant the regional service manager failed to repair as promised. They blocked and hung up on the purchaser in order to fail to mitigate the damages. This was completely crooked. Since then, more water damage has occurred. The brand new trailer is sitting at a repair shop with "SIGNIFICANT DAMAGES AND STRUCTURAL ISSUES." (Currently almost 3 months in the shop AGAIN) The warranty company has sent them in circles as well. This trailer should be purchased back from this dealer but they will literally block your calls and attempts to remediate the situation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Who sells a defected item an refuses to help fix it? Funtown is not Fun at all. You have literally caused so much termoil and chaos from your lack of response/warranty/assistance etc! I plan on reporting them to the Department of Transportation, FMCSA, as well as National Highway Safety Administration. Please see attached photos and videos

To start with we got a call a couple days before pickup from them with some sketch deal, wanting us to finance, pay interest for 1 year... "to help others who may not qualify"... Then, when doing paperwork he told us the tires were going to explode, and basically the entire camper would fall apart on the way home, so we needed to pay an extra $12K for his coverage... we didn't appreciate it at all.

I have read many of the very negative reviews about their customer service and, honestly, they made me a little nervous about buying from them. But, I really liked my salesman who I met at the Houston RV show and, since Holiday World was the only dealer that actually had in stock the RV I wanted to buy, I nervously signed the contract. My experiences since then have been fantastic in every respect. Dan, my finance guy, was super helpful and really worked to get me the best deal possible. Closing was timely and he was super informative. He explained all the aftermarket options I could purchase but did NOT push me to buy them. Dorothy in parts has been super helpful all along the way. She recommended things I could do to upgrade my RV but never pushed. Again, she was always ready to help me with questions and always went above and beyond -- even helping me in areas that are way outside her area of responsibility. Finally, Mikey and Tater in service have been absolutely Johnny on the Spot. Super responsive and super helpful. Dan, my finance guy, explained that they have read and are very aware of the negative reviews about their dealership. They have made a very targeted effort to get better and, at least in my experience, they have done this. I don't know if everyone will have the same great experience I have had so far (and if that changes I will update), but so far I have nothing but praise for every aspect of my transaction and I an very grateful to all of them. So, even though they have been beat up pretty good on this site, I honestly think they have listened and have improved. So, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

1 star- Very disappointing experience with a "Honda Certified" vehicle…read more I purchased a vehicle from this Honda dealership that was represented and sold to me as a Honda Certified vehicle. At the time of purchase, the vehicle's Carfax also showed no reported accidents. After the purchase, I took the vehicle to another Honda service/repair facility for a repair on a hood latch. They noticed that one of the headlights was not an original Honda part and actually contained Chinese writing. They were surprised that the vehicle had passed the certification process with this part installed and said that the car was likely in an accident just not reported. I contacted the dealership about the issue. Initially, I was told that a vehicle could still be certified as long as the headlight was functional. However, it's unlikely that it was not an original part because if they had identified a non-OEM headlight during the certification process, they would have replaced it with an original Honda part. And then they went on to further say that if it turns out it was indeed not an original part they would replace it for me. Once I confirmed that the headlight was in fact aftermarket/non-OEM, I contacted the dealership again and asked them to stand behind what I had been told and replace the headlight. Their response was simply that they could not do anything about it. My concern is not simply about the headlight. It is about the certification process and the way this dealership stands behind the vehicles it sells as Honda Certified. If a vehicle is going to be advertised and sold as certified, I expect the inspection process to be thorough and the dealership to stand behind what it represents to the customer. At the very least, I expected them to take responsibility for the discrepancy and address the issue rather than dismissing it. My experience has left me questioning the reliability of their certification process and their commitment to standing behind their customers after the sale. I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing a "Certified" vehicle from this dealership to have it independently inspected before accepting it.
