I called Wednesday July 8, 2026 to see about replacing the coach batteries in my 2018 Travato. Tina answered the phone and was very professional and helpful. Although they could not do the job for me, she took the time to research and refer me to another business in the area. I would go to BlackBird RV because Tina seemed trustworthy and was quite professional. read more

Would definitely call them again. Great service. They came to our home on the first service call and he knew immediately how to fix what was wrong. Gave my husband some great tips and advice. Price was a bit on the high end but we live a little over their zone. read more

Technician arrived on time and handled issue professionally. Nice man who answered all our questions and worked efficiently.

Chris showed up as scheduled, took care of the on demand hot water heater, fixed a leak in the plumbing lines, found a small leak on the gas regulator which he is going to replace. Great guy, super knowledgeable and so convenient to not have to drop off our motorhome at a shop for weeks. We are going camping this weekend! Thank you Blackbird. read more

I needed a quick repair on an air conditioner a few days before an RV trip. I called a local RV park and was referred to BlackBird. Tina took my info and was able to schedule a mobile visit the same week. Chris showed up on time, and quickly fixed the problem as well as advised on some other issues. I highly recommend BlackBird. Great, professional people, providing great service. I will be using Blackbird for all my future RV maintenance needs. Thanks Tina and Chris! Keep up the good work! read more

I purchased a fifth wheel in 2017 and bought the extended warranty from a local dealership. During the warranty my trailer was in the shop over 6-8 times. They never really fixed any of my problems. When my warranty ran out I still needed repairs. I took my trailer to Blackbird and they have fixed every issue in a timely matter. I would never purchase from that dealership again, and the extended warranty was a scam. I will continue to use Blackbird for any future repairs. read more

Revised-2 star; Yesterday we rigged up to pull out of the rv park and realized that while the radio was fixed, the wiring changes in the panel apparently disconnected the back up camera which no longer works. Probably would have been best if he waited until his electrician was back from holiday to take on an electrical project. Still a nice guy but for our needs probably not the best technician. The new shop took a look at the "fix" and said that it was not a good way to solve the radio issue. Chris had run a new wire from one pole of the horn fuse to the radio. Original post- 5 star: I called Blackbird RV for a broken awning, radio that lost power, generator that cut out while we were on the road, and an a/c that is cycling rapidly. I spoke to Chris who came out same day to take care of us because we are full timers on the road. He was super professional and very honest. It was impossible to figure out why the radio stopped working as a previous owner apparently used glue to install the radio and on other parts of the dash which prevented normal repair services. This did not stop Chris though. Chris is very creative and we worked together to talk through options and ultimately solved the problem! The A/C was running great while he was here and he recommended someone for the generator and awning. I highly recommend Chris as a legit choice to work on our RV if you happen to find yourself in the Magnolia TX area. Great attitude and problem solver! read more

Chris with BlackBird RV Mobile Service came out and installed a new awning on our RV plus some other services like new vent covers and skylights on the roof. He did a great job with even having to endure doing the work in the middle our our HOT Houston summer. He is extremely knowledgeable about RVs and we will definitely use BlackBird RV again for any future RV repair needs. read more

I cannot say thank you enough to the staff at BlackBird RV. I was told it would take months to order and replace the A/C in our 5th wheel. The staff was able to locate the replacement and have it shipped to them in a couple weeks. The repair was then quickly scheduled, and completed. Thank you to the kind and helpful staff. We really appreciate you. read more

Excellent! I had a problem spanning several months and other technicians could not help. They fixed it in one morning! I will be using them from now on. Friendly and able to travel to me. My vehicle was not running before they worked on it. Now my whole system works. read more

We Chris you came through again. We live in or 42 ft trailer. Had water coming out from under cabinet and called blackbird and chris came to the rescue. Cannot say enough about Chris and Blackbird RV. We took our Travel Trailer to a repair shop we had used before to have some wiring work done on our solar system and a leak fixed. We were nervous about leaving the trailer when we got there and found out the place had changed hands. We were assured that all the techs had remained on staff and that they could do the work. Long story short, when we got the trailer back nothing worked anymore, neither solar nor shore power. And the leak was still there. After 2 days of trying to find someone to fix our trailer I found Blackbird RV repair. Called and Chris was able to come out 2 days later to take a look. He is not a solar repair guy, but I guess he felt sorry for me and said he would come see if he could do anything for me. He repaired our leak and studied the solar. He came up with a solution he thought would work but wanted to show it to someone else to see what they thought. A couple days later he was back with his drawing and set to work fixing our solar. He repaired everything and it is working great! Our shore power is working, our solar is working and there isn't a leak anymore. I highly recommend Blackbird RV for your service needs. We sing their praises to all our RVing friends. Chris is great as are all the people in the office. Thanks thanks thanks for all your help. read more

I cannot say enough positive great things about this company. I am a first time user of an RV or camper. I purchased a used camper and obviously had a few problems. I'm in Tomball and I've used these guys twice. Both times Chris the son fixed our problems the same day. I called and he was out to my camp site within 10 minutes. Found my parts needed and came back very soon. He repaired both electrical problem and an AC problem. Prices and service are fantastic. He could probably charge more for the quick response time and quality of repairs. I would highly recommend this company over and over again. Thank you Chris. read more

I can't say enough great things about this company! First of all, I called at 7:30 at night and they answered! Secondly, they were out to our house first thing in the morning the next day!! They were so knowledgeable with everything "RV" and went above and beyond to make sure they fixed our issue and addressed any other questions we had!!! They didn't rush to just get the job done, they took their time and were very thorough!! If you are an experienced or inexperienced RV owner, you know how quickly something can go wrong and these are the guys to get you back up and moving on down the road!!! read more

Called Wednesday and sent some pictures to Chris and he came out Thursday morning. Both of my low point drain valves were leaking and Chris quickly assessed the situation and came up with a couple of alternatives and a recommendation, which I agreed with. His work was excellent and he took just over an hour. We needed water to test the system, so I had pulled my 5th wheel out of storage and he did the work in my driveway. The cost was reasonable given that he came to me and had an amazingly fast turnaround. I hope I don't need their services again, but when I do I will call Blackbird RV. read more

We had an RV step that would not retract properly, and the motor made a disturbing grinding sound. Chris came out promptly at the time we agreed upon, quickly assessed the problem, and put in a used motor for us so that we could use the steps while the new motor was shipped. Once the motor was received, Chris again arrived at the agreed to time, and fixed the problem. He worked directly with my insurance company. The whole interaction with Chris was smooth, seamless, professional, and very pleasant. read more

How refreshing to have a top notch RV service to identify and repair a problem at a reasonable rate! In this case, a plumbing problem was located behind a wall panel in my motor coach and repaired. Chris was expert, professional, knowledgeable, tidy and personable. He has a good grasp of the problems RVs develop and a good sense of solutions. read more

I live full time in my 5th wheel RV and Chris with BlackBird RV was a real-life saver for me. I had a technician (from another company) come and install a new fan on an A/C that worked fine. After he put in the new fan my A/C no longer cooled. This was on a Thursday, on Friday the "other" tech came out again, $314 later....and said I needed a new A/C :( and then he leaves for the weekend and says he will call me Monday. People....it gets really, really, hot in Texas in August and more so in an RV but this other guy didn't seem to care. Soooo, I tried cooling off my RV with my non-ducted bedroom unit and it started leaking water so I was out of A/C all together. I was more than miserable (and so were my fur babies). Found BlackBird RV's listing and gave Chris a call. He answered my call immediately listened to the problems I was having with both units. If you have ever had to call out a "mobile" RV repair in the summer you will know they stay very busy. He said he would try to squeeze me in between committed calls that he already had that day and he did just that! Within a couple of hours, he was at my place, he got me up and running with the non-ducted A/C by fixing the water leak so we could at least use that one (and I finally got a good night sleep) until he could get my new A/C unit in. And the next day he had my new unit installed!!! He followed up that evening with a text wanting to know if I was happy and if everything was done to my satisfaction. He was professional, did what he said he would do and polite as they come and very reasonably priced. I can't thank him enough.... if I ever need service again I won't hesitate to call him. Thank you, Chris,! read more
