    I put a large scratch all the way down the side of our coach in a tight construction area. We went to the place of purchase and asked about getting it repaired along with some repair work to the hallway floor. We were quoted a ridiculous price with someone else doing the body work and a time line that was 2 months. On the way back my husband said to find another place. Our insurance company had recommended Russell RV. We stopped and they quoted us half and could get us in sooner and letting us stay in our unit as we are fulltimers. We were not out of the coach at anytime except during the day for about 4 days for repairs inside. We were able to stay in the coach day and evening when the body work was done except for the paint booth day. The guys are really nice and a decent job was done. We even added a couple of small items. It did take a little longer in time than quoted, but we all know RV work is slow. Insurance approval, parts, etc. I would definitely use them again.

    Dan has been fixing my RV for 10+years he always does quality work and is the least expensive in the Houston area.

We flew one day and drove over to the dealership the next morning. David walked us thru financing. He was awesome. on the very nice place asked if you wanted water or coffee and then we went over some stuff and then Josh walked us through the whole RV from front to back. Josh did a fantastic job and make sure we knew what we were doing which we've had similar before so it's pretty much knew a lot. Josh was absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable in the unit. we are totally thrilled to take possession of it and it took us a few hours to get out of there as we had to get insurance and blah blah blah. but very nice establishment and we are totally thrilled with the unit. Now we are driving back from Houston, Texas to Reno, Nevada. We are two nights into the unit and we love it. We are staying at RV parks the first few nights we get used to the unit know what to do and we will go back road off-road. everything so far with the revel has been fantastic. Great job leisure RV for getting us the dream off-road RV.

If You buy a trailer from them, DON'T BUY THE MAINTENANCE WARRANTY, RIP OFF! Travel trailer less than a year old, was leaking and they refused to repair it, they said they didn't have time after it sat on their lot for a week.. Lack of communication in the entire maintenance department. Took trailer in on a Thursday appointment @ 1:00pm they said warranty work would be completed by Monday morning, showed up Monday morning to drive back to Dallas and they hadn't even touched the trailer! Whaaaaat!!! Asked David when it would be completed, he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. Asked to speak to the manager who then after much discussion said it would be done by end of day. Went to pick it up Tuesday morning waited 45 minutes and finally asked them to hunt it down so that I could just hook it up and start the long drive back to Dallas,.. SMH. This is all just part of the story. Worst service EVER!

Six months after I purchased it, I brought it back in because I found a wet spot on the carpet in the corner of my slide. They had it for a month, and told me they couldn't find a leak. Two years later, I see water dripping from my ceiling. I pull the paneling from my ceiling, and the wood is completely rotten to the point that I can stick my finger completely through my roof. The damage is in the exact location where the wet carpet was at. The amount of mold was completely insane. My son and I live in this RV, so needless to say, im extremely upset. I called Chad, who is the Service manager. He quickly told me demontrond is going to do absolutely nothing to fix the issue. I took my RV to a different shop. It's going to cost me $10,000 out of my pocket to fix. Insurance won't cover it because the leak is two years old. So demontrond really screwed me on this.

They lie to customers saying repairs will be handled within a certain timeframe and then push it back over and over. After waiting almost a month to have something "fixed" when they said it would be done within 1 week - Not only did we lose out on being able to use our camper for a trip and had to pay extra for a reservation that had to be canceled due to an incorrect timeline given by Ron Hoover, but now they lied and said it was ready but when we went to pick it up, it's still broken!! Then they said it would cost MORE money and more time to fix "that part" when it was the original reason we took it to them in the first place! We are starting to question the integrity of this company and the quality of their work. Beware.

We have had the rv in three times and warranty work isn't done. They say each time they couldn't do this or that due to parts needed. Each time they were supposed to have the parts. Now we were suppose to take it next week (we've given them five months to get the parts). Today they say the parts are not in. Never had such poor service from any merchant. First trip we took (new camper) and the auto leveling didn't work, the service manager said to call out a mobile service and they'd reimburse us. That's been two years still no reimbursement. At this point we are looking into legal avenues to get this resolved.
