Looks like my review will not even match the poor 2.2 rating average for the Dealership. I Spoke with John in sales the night before driving 1.5 hours to see a car. The next day John sent me a text in the AM confirming our appointment that day with his picture in front of the car, I confirmed. I sent John a text that I was in traffic and would be 15 minutes late. When I arrived at dealership the car was parked out front, I went to the front desk asked for John and he jumped up from a desk in the area and told me that he just sold the car and he was with the client. Very poor communications. You don't conduct business this way. The scheduled appointment meant nothing. The are allot more professional sales people at dealerships out there. I stopped Sewell Audi and had a professional salesperson an bought a car that same day.

This was the over $2,700 on a used not Honda vehicle.

Made a deal on a used vehicle and when I got there they tried adding on over $4000 of fees that I did not ask for or want. I walked but buyer beware. Be certain that you don't get overcharged and surprised by add ons after the deal is made. I don't think these folks are reputable. They made a deal. We shock hands and after driving there again (first confirming) the deal again we were presented with these ridiculous add on's. Their reviews were bad. I wasted two evening by not believing them. Don't do that to yourself.

I came in for schedule maintenance for my 2016 Honda Civic. Had serpentine Belt changed and oil change done. I also requested for my ac to be looked at. My ac worked fine, but on really hot days. Car would struggle to cool quick. I asked to be looked at to see if this was normal. My car was kept over a week. Roger Hickey(service adviser) called me a week later & stated that they Had to do "Warranty work " they claimed to have changed parts that were still under warranty. & claimed my ac was blowing cold cold. Great! Roger gave me an invoice stating all the work that was done. Got on my car drove it for a couple of miles before my AC completely stopped cooling. My ac was working before I dropped it off. I contacted Keating & Honda America. About the issue. I took it back after a visual inspection and noticed a damaged ac condenser. I spoke to Craig Bednarek ( Service manager) I showed him the invoice & damage on the condenser. He said: The ac not working is most likely because of the High mileage Not the condenser. I was not offered a second attempt to make it right, I was not offered a loner car. I was not offered any type of assistance to the work they did. September in the Texas Heat. I had to leave Keating Honda with a bad ac. Determined to get Keating to fix my ac like it was when I took it in. I spoke to: Tim wright ( fixed operator director) after getting a text from him asking how everything turned out. After talking to him and showing him all that was wrong. He informed me that since I contacted Honda America. All communication needed to be done through Honda America. Honda America could not get a reply from keating....... So I went to get a second opinion. New shop had my car fixed the next day They had to change the ac condenser.(damaged) recharger refrigerant. And replace a o ring that was installed incorrectly as well. Spent a little over 1000$. 2 weeks later I get a call from keating. Informing me that they looked at all possible options . There systems determined that I needed a whole new ac system. My cost was 5680$ but they would give me a discount for all the trouble. Reminder: keating Honda was the one that replaced "bad parts" under warranty. By then my car was already fixed. I never thought I would be treated like this anywhere. My Car came in with a working AC and I got it back a week later with a none working ac. How hard is that to understand Keating HONDA By the way. my car keeps cooling and running strong! Even with very high miles.

I had such an amazing experience buying my first car. With this, I had many questions which were all answered by John Wells. John was very kind and took his time explaining every feature the car has and how to use it. Which was great for me because my previous car had none of this. The buying process was quick and easy. Brandon Wagner, the finance manager, was very kind and gave us a good laugh. Overall I had an amazing experience and would recommend anyone to Keating Honda in Conroe. Go see John!

Still haven't called me back over two weeks. I had to go out of the country  Go ahead and get a car from somewhere else!

I really love this dealership for not returning my calls and texts after I told them I was having problems with my steering wheel getting stuck and not being able to loosen it after working a 12 hour shift. None of my wonderful co-workers could help me and were perplexed. My Daddy said just to take it back to the dealership and not to pay a red time and they better fix it completely. Since I just bought this 2020 less than three months ago it is so disappointing that I'm having a problem with this car already. They knew there was a problem because it has to be inspected before they sold it and it seemed like they DIDN'T CARE since they knew I was going to buy it. I really like my car but golly. I just bought it. I have to say this although I don't like to for businesses but DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO SOMEWHERE WITH A BETTER REPUTATION. Cars are expensive right now so go somewhere you don't have to bring the car back less than three months. They are super nice to you when you buy a car then they don't answer the phone. I actually have many colleagues that need a car or want to buy one for thier children but I'm sending them somewhere else. No thank you to this place at all!

Worst car shopping experience I've ever experienced! We saw a vehicle that we absolutely loved and went down to test drive. Everything was great until the financing terms came into play. We just couldn't agree to a deal. So later that night the sales rep sent me another car that was right up our alley. So I set asides a few hours the next day to check into this vehicle and everything was great until we got to financing again. I was told before they run my credit (which I have excellent history and score) that the terms I was demanding would be met easily and nothing to worry about! I stressed that before they run my credit that were good to go again. The sales rep AND finance manager said nothing to worry about. So after credit was ran and it came back good as expected, the banks were not wanting to "play ball" with the finance manager. So the terms I was promised would not be able to be met. The sales rep then tried to convince me that either I go with a higher monthly payment or check into other vehicles that I was not interested. I was completely furious and disappointed in the whole process. I will NEVER come back to Keating Honda or Keating Nissan and I will NEVER recommend any of my family/friends to shop at this wreck of a place.

Aaron was our first salesman, he was extremely polite and was a great conversationalist. Hes very persistent, but has your best interest in mind. Cant forget Juan! I was his first sale, and i didnt even realize until after the purchase! He was extremely engaged with what we were looking for, attentive to answering every question he could,and he made it a point to listen intently to our needs. Not only did he bring us water immediately, but he eventually directed us to, and showed us how to use their really nice coffee maker in their lobby while they ran my credit. Lastly, our financial half was handled very smoothly. Ty did amazingly by explaining everything extremely well. He was patient when we asked questions, and was very keen on making sure we understood everything. Very through and through with his process. All in all, our experience at this dealership was extremely amazing and i would 10/10 recommend going here. AND ASK FOR JUAN! Hes a great representation for this fine establishment. I absolutely love my new car, and the detailing was done very efficiently. throughout my entire time driving over an hour home, i had a smile on my face, and felt amazing driving is a 2023 nissan altima, for the cheapest price out of all 10+ dealerships all over this half of texas. Everything was going smoothly until we got to the actual "out the door price". They tack on a $4590 "Keating pkg & service reconditioning" charge that includes LoJack, "paint and fabric protection" and paintless dent repair. When I pointed out that I didn't want these things, they flipped the script and said I "was asking for a discount" as opposed to what I actually wanted which was to pay for the car, dealer fees, and be done. Shady practices like these should be avoided and dealers need to be shamed when they try tacking on packages that cost 1/5 of what the car itself costs.

I told him about my issue and proceeded to go where I needed. This first encounter at this location put a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be back. First impressions mean everything and this worker made a horrible impression. I did speak with a manager of the Sales team and explained what occurred. Also, I was purchasing a key battery and they tried to charge me ~$18. I told them none of my other cars have a key battery that cost that much. Just wow.

I also wanted them to rotate my tires and align the front end, as my front tires were showing too much wear on the insides of the tire, found during the intake inspection. The shuttle gave me a ride home and the service department kept me notified by text daily of the progress. They even sent a video of the damaged pipe and broken bracket under the car! As promised, the car was finished the fourth day and a service person came and picked me up at home, even though it was Saturday and the shuttle doesn't run on Saturday. All of the service staff were so friendly and customer oriented! The whole experience was perfect! Thank You!

Per the pre-owned sales staff, the car had been mechanically vetted and had regular service records. One week later, I had a mechanical breakdown on the highway. I was upset, pulled over and called the dealership. I thought no company is going to be ok with something they sold breaking down within the week it was purchased. The sales rep told me in so many words "call your insurance" "You bought it as is" "Its not our problem." I towed it to Hyundai in Conroe because Hyundai in Humble didn't take my extended warranty. They have been so kind. The verdict, the oil had not been changed as told by Demontrond. The car needed a missing skid plate as well a knock sensor which was causing the initial fault code. The knock sensor had to be replaced twice because something was causing it to constantly fail. Since the car has been in and out of the shop for various issues such as EGR Valve, gasket, wheel speed sensors etc. Now it is sending a code for "total engine failure." ALL less than a year after buying the car. I've driven Hyundai of Conroe rental cars more than I've driven the car I'm paying for, as they have been so kind to let me do. Demontrond of Conroe is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It was the newest car I've ever been financially able to buy and yet the worst car. Right now Hyundai is checking to see what can be done. My loans Gap and my extended warranty, I was responsible enough to purchase, only covers collision and acts of God. It will not cover mechanical failure, due to the dealer selling me a lemon.

Despite being handed the correct 4-pin relay for reference, they twice ordered the wrong 5-pin part. When I pointed out the error, Service Advisor Jeremy Clifton was dismissive, claiming "new parts look different." It was physically impossible to install the part they insisted I buy. To top it off, Service Manager Mackenzie ignored my follow-up requests for days. This follows a previous incident where they cross-threaded my oil pan and denied responsibility. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, stay away from this service center.

They will spam you…read more I have been receiving promotional and spam emails from them ever since 2023 when someone misstyped their email when buying a car (their email has one character off from mine). I've been begging them to take me off their email list for years but I keep being added again. I recently received emails again in November 2025 and I expect I will continue to receive them. The worst, most egregious example is that they even sent me an email requesting approval for works carried out on someone's car - keeping in mind i am not their customer. BEWARE if you work with them and someone starts approving works for your car because they sent it to the wrong email!!! I live in a completely different country and do not drive. I am not their customer. Terrible data security, spammy business. Terrible.
