I used them to repair a slide that had been damaged on an Alaska trip. there were a few other things i needed done as well but i instructed them to not proceed with the work if the slide couldn't be fixed. well they said the slide could be fixed and i ended up doing 6k of work. the slide was not fixed and upon taking it to another dealership i was told the structural damage prevented it from being fixed. i requested a refund and filed a BBB complaint which they have refused despite the clear negligence or malfeasance. Recently took my 2014 Winnebago in to have multiple items repaired. One of which was the water tank overflowing on to the ground when I was connected to city water. I stated the ball valve for the tank fill valve was probably the culprit. When they called to provide the results of their "diagnosis" they stated it was my water pump causing the problem. I decided to except their diagnosis and pay for the new water pump. This was a mistake! When I went to use the coach this weekend the tank was still overflowing! Additionally the water pump would run non-stop until it tripped the GFCI switch. Great Repair and they took me for several hundred dollars! BTW I replaced the ball valve ($10) today and the problem is solved. I have been using this company for 10 years for multiple coaches. Something has changed and the excellent service I received in the past does not exist. I sure hope the numerous people I've referred to them over the last 10 years didn't have an experience like I just had. read more

Beware of the way they price your repairs and how long they claim it will take. I was told it would cost $10-$20 for a new line and without any warning they had to get a line hand made apparently and it went up $600... I never gave authorization for this... Just like all RV repair shops, you can't trust this one either, such a shady business. I will guarantee you whatever is wrong with your RV when you take it to RV Masters, and they give you their quote for cost, you're going to end up paying significantly more than what they said. On top of that, you will be lied to about how long it takes. Try some where else. read more

Extremely dissatisfied in this place, took in rv for refrigerator repair, I already diagnosed problem and brought part in. Hi-Lo limit sensor on refrigerator flu. Used my Mastertech warranty with $50 deductible. When I took rv in tech asked if I'd like anything else looked at and I said slide out was squeaky to please look at that. He failed to inform me of thee $150 per hour diagnosis fee. When I picked up RV they billed the insurance $873 plus my diagnostic fee of $150. They made a quick $1000 dollars and billed me for $270 of that. The invoice said customer declined repair on slideout? I was never contacted about anything because they had wrong number in their system so how did I decline repair? They couldn't even contact me when repair was complete? I had to call and see what was going on. Since I was using extended warranty I can understand not using the part I brought in but they billed insurance excessively and me dishonestly! Not sure what's going on over at RV Master but buyer be ware! I bought a camper from a friend of mine that had some extensive work done by RV Master. Some of the work was done poorly and some just wasn't done correctly. He was charged for a new water pump but not only did it not work, the lines leaked and got water on the carpet the first camp out. I dropped my RV off to get my Onan QD generator repaired. But unfortunately for me this company assumed it was the controller was bad nope that's not it $750.00 please. Then next step was to remove generator to diagnose for another $842.00 (Which was bad enough) to tell me that for another $,3900.00 (Keep in mind a new unit is about $6,100.00) they can order parts to get me in line to receive because there is an indefinite parts shortage with Onan , which they failed to mention prior to removing unit? And this is my option to pay now and hope you get your parts in how long, well they cant say? We went there yesterday to look at a trailer that I had spoken with someone twice about during the week even once that morning to let them know we were on our way. Then when we got there we were informed it had been sold weeks ago. Obviously we were a little upset about that but were still willing to see what else the had. Then the sales guy said he wasn't going to put up with an ounce of attitude and told us he wouldn't show us anything. So we headed for our car then he comes back out giving excuses as to why he hadn't updated his website in weeks. The whole experience was horrible and a complete waste of time. read more

RV'ers beware, I recently had work done on my RV and was told it was going to take 10-16 weeks to complete the repairs. After 26 weeks I finally got my RV back. I immediately had to return, because my RV wouldn't shift out of first gear. After they put an addition 5 Qts of transmission fluid in and made some additional wiring modifications, I was able to get back on the road. Avoid this place like the plague ! ! I had a blow out on the left rear of my class B van and when the tire shredded it took out the city water hook up . Since RV Masters was close to home I thought I would give them a try . I was told to bring my camper in and they would take a look and give me an estimate . A week later the service guy called and told me there was terrible damage to the plumbing and the drain valves were missing . The cost would be $700.00+ ; I gasp .. then said go ahead .. In a few minutes I started thinking about the drain valve comment .. My drain valve is located on the right side of the van next to the water tank ,,, Hmmmm .. I immediately smelled a huge RAT & called to tell them not to do the repair that I would pick it up .. When I arrived they presented me a bill for $135.52 for an hour's labor to do the estimate .. WOW ; I ask their labor rate ,, $ 125.00 /hour ... That is as much or more than the Porsche , BMW and Mercedes dealers charge .. I took it to my normal repair place in Austin and they repaired it in one day and the total charge including parts and tax came to $117.45 .. These people are either really incompetent or bandits that use a repair order and a pen to steal instead of a mask and a gun like an honest thief would do .. We have had our Motorhome in this shop twice and that has been twice to many. The first time we had them replace our Hurricane water heater/furnace. It was not wired in correctly so it never turned off. Also we were charged for anti-freeze but when we returned it to have some things redone the guy who told us to our face that he replaced the anti-freeze asked us where is the tank to put anti-freeze in. Our second trip was to have our slide's insulation replaces and our front air conditioner replaced. When we picked it up the whole bottom of the slid was not even touched. After we got the motorhome parked we realized how terrible loud the new AC is and that the fan never shuts off. You can hear the compressor shut off but the fan will not. We took it back and was told nothing was wrong with it that they will not replace it just because it is loud. We asked to talk to the manager and was told we were talking to the manager. We asked to talk to the owner and was told NO! So not we have already had to pay someone $200.00 to figure out the AC is wired wrong and is draining our batteries. Now we are going to have to pay someone to rewire the AC so it will stop draining batteries and make the fan cut off. We have spent over $12,000.00 at this shop and nothing they have done has been done correct. read more

It started with asking them to repair a broken a lift cable. Got it back several weeks later. The lift was repaired. However, there was now a huge tear in the window part of the canvas caused by failure to fold up properly (tent needs to be pulled out when beds are pushed in or bed rails rip the tent). A huge bolt had been left on the floor and when the slideout was pushed in, it ripped the linoleum floor. There were loose bolts everywhere and bits of debris everywhere. The shower/bathroom cover was missing screws. We took it back. They agreed to repair all damage. A couple of months later, we finally get it back barely in time for the next camping trip, only to discover the lights no longer worked. We took it back a third time. For some stupid reason, we asked them to also look at the roof since there had been leaking (a previous problem). We had been careful about drying it out, but a small amount of mold/mildew was on one side window of the larger bed. A couple more months more and several phone calls pleading with them to have it repaired in time for our next camping trip, we get it back ... just two days before that camping trip. The owner said, "hey, there were a few things not fixed to our satisfaction, so we wanted to make them right. Plus, we did a few extra things for you at no charge." Right. The canvas was now almost completely covered in mold and mildew. The curtains were wet and mildewed. We could barely breathe in it. There was no way we could camp in it. Knowing the roof was leaking (that's why it was there to be repaired), they left it out in the rain, delaying the repairs and allowing massive growth of mold and mildew. And, the plastic window on the tent was torn ... AGAIN. We spent approximately $3,000 for this. They now refuse to repair our camper or refund our money, saying the mold was already there and it's not their fault. We haven't even asked them about the tear. We don't want to take it back a fourth time. read more

I have a 2012 Keystone Cougar and had a water hose clamp that was never tightened down from the time of manufacture. This hose was located off the top of the water pump and was isolated behind a wall under the belly of the fifth wheel. Even though the leak was slow, and went somewhat undetected for years, it caused extensive damage to the sub-floor beneath the front bedroom stairway and entryway. I say somewhat undetected because I did take it to the dealer numerous times and they kept saying the soft floor was due to the heater duct that was in this same area. Needless to say without any documentation, we did not get any support from the place we bought it from (Holiday world) or the manufacturer! Being very frustrated about this whole ordeal, I refused to take it to the dealer for the necessary repair because they were the ones who misled us with a false diagnosis in the first place! This is when I got on line and found RV Masters Inc. They listened to me and didn't make me feel like a bother, like the dealership did, they quoted me a price that actually came in under budget, and they got the job done faster than expected! They took thorough pictures of the repair process and from what I could tell they did a pretty good job repairing the floor. Now for the two star rating! After picking up the trailer for our yearly Thanksgiving trip, we arrived at our campsite and hooked everything up (water, electric, sewer) and noticed water spraying everywhere! The water was spraying from the exact location that caused all the damage in the first place! The technician never tighten any of the connections and we had water everywhere! When we picked the trailer up from RV Masters, we specifically asked our service writer Marlon if they tightened up all the hoses, he said "yes, we even used the special tool you are supposed to use". After the incident I called Marlon and told him about what had happened, and let him know that I was not the lest bit happy, I also told him that I would email pictures once we returned home from our trip so he could see what had happened. Well it's been a week now and I have not heard one response from anyone over at RV Masters Inc! I would have thought somebody would have reached out and possibly schedule an appointment to see if any damage occurred or offered to extended the warranty, or just to see how things were going! Another reason for the two star rating is, prior to the trip I emailed Marlon to get a quote for installing awnings over the slide-outs, and he never responded to that email either. I can assure you its not from copying down the wrong email address either, the address came from an email he had sent me while our trailer was in for the floor repair. The floor repair was done great. Not securing the plumbing correctly and poor communication is the reason for the 2 star! I am not sure if I will be back or not, I can't stand service with poor communication skills, I dealt with that for to many years at Holiday World! Rusty B. read more

I purchased a 2008 wildcat 5th wheel from Holiday World only to find that the A/C did not work at all. They were 0 help. I went into RV Masters because I had purchased an A/C unit from them previously, and it was a pleasant experience. I was in an extreme hurry due to storage issues at my office, and needing to move it. They went out of their way to help me get the correct model for my camper, as well as judiciously walking me through installing it myself due to them being backed up, and my time frame. I think I was in there twice a day at least for a couple of days with additional questions. Never once was I met with rolled eyes, nor did they ever make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Alice, the woman behind the parts counter was very helpful in getting me the parts that I needed, and when I had a question that she could not answer, her husband was there to answer it.
