    Glued crack

    Ming RV Pros worked in my Monaco Coach in 2023. While working on the coach, they stood on the kitchen counter and broke/cracked it. They put glue in the crack hoping I would t notice the 14-20" crack. It took a year and several threatening calls to get any response. They finally sent someone to repair it but the crack is still very visible right in the kitchen. I finally hired ONEXTREME to fix it. The crack is still visible but not as bad. The only other option is to replace the entire counter which would cost a fortune and who knows what damage would come from that repair, and if the counter material would even be available. I am settling for the final repair and it cost me $1,150.00 and of course Ming RV Pros won't even reimburse or respond. I do not recommend doing business with Ming RV Pros as they will ignore you when they damage your RV. I would rate them lower if I could. Can you imagine trying to seek the coach now. They ruined any resale value. And Ming RV Pros are not cheap. I will be filing a report with The BBB and Consumer Affairs. I am just broken hearted.

    5+ Stars! Prompt. Great communication. Fair price. Great work. Explained everything. Bo MING answered my text right away and made appt to come out in 2 days. When he finished a previous job early he called and came early. He explained how my Roadtrek water system works and showed me the failing connections. He had it fixed within 40 minutes. No hidden costs or up charges. And super easy pay by Zelle. Awesome work and I wholeheartedly recommend Ming RV Pros.

    Ming and his team provide excellent work. And with convenience of mobile service. Responding quickly the next day for repairs and upgrades and solar install before a last minute trip. Delivering professional quality work, and working efficiently, and charging fair and reasonable rates. Appreciate how they recommended even better, lower cost solution than the project I had requested. Friendly and honest. Will definitely call again.

    The first time we called Uncle Bo he arrived quickly and got the computer out of the way and…read moreallowed us to get our load back to the yard and then over to the dealer, so for the 400 he charged us it was a good deal, but on a subsequent call on our Volvo, he gouge us, and told us he did a repair on a computer pin plug adapter and then did a forced regen for 700 dollars. The problem is what he really did, he turned off the d-rate for sensors, pulled the fuse on the regen, and had he told us that we would have known to be sure to do full PM's every 30 days. The driver didn't know, the soot levels got high, and the engine wouldn't allow a regen, and the back pressure caused a EGR cooler leak. it would have happened sooner but I did a PM and an EGR cooler clean at the dealer. All he had to do was give us instruction about the consequences of the adjustments he made in the computer and that would have been fine. he's the expert, and one thing led to the next via a stupid driver of the truck. UNCLE BO YOU WANT TO HELP US REBUILD THE MOTOR, IF SO I CAN CHANGE THIS TO 5 STARS. WHAT DO YOU SAY?

    We had every bit of a poor experience with Justin Roop. We were set for an 11am appointment and…read moreafter contacting him twice after the appointment time, he finally showed up after 2pm. He came in for about an hour and assessed all of our repairs. I wrote him a check, because he said that would be the best method of payment, and he left saying that we should be getting an estimate delivered to my husband's email soon. "Soon" has long since passed. My husband contacted him on 2 occasions asking if he'd sent the estimate yet and Justin assured us that he had. But maybe he sent it to the wrong email so he'd try again. 3 weeks later, I decided to give him a call myself. Upon answering the phone I asked him how long it generally takes for him to give an estimate. He said it could be a few days or several more if he had to contact the manufacturer for pricing on parts and such. I asked if it was normal practice for him to come in and collect a service fee without actually offering any services. He, of course, said no. I expressed my frustration with this whole situation and asked why we hadn't gotten our estimate yet. He said that we must be one of those cases where he's waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. Yeah, okay. So I let him know that I was going to find every review site his business was listed on and leave a review of my experience with him. He PROMPTLY shifted and offered a refund to make it right. I asked how we were going to go about that and he asked how I made payment. I said, "a check, because that's what you said was best for YOU". So he offered to bring a check by our RV site the very next day. And he even asked me to text him our site number so he could deliver it to the correct place. Well, by golly .... the manufacturer must have gotten back to him quickly after our phone call because my husband had the estimate (dated for that very day) in his inbox about 4 hours later. With a lovely note. ((My comments are interjected throughout with parentheses)) From Justin: Attached to this email is a copy of your estimate in PDF format. We apologize for any inconveniences that have occurred. Our, now former, receptionist documented your email address incorrectly. ((My husband only had correspondence with Justin)) I thank you for bringing that to our attention, and your estimate has also been forwarded to your insurance adjuster with the claim number in the subject line. ((Our Ins adjuster even had difficulties contacting him))!This estimate will be valid for you to receive a disbursement check from your insurance provider. You may then, with your right as a consumer, use that disbursement check to have your RV repaired at any repair facility of your choice. I spoke on the phone with a Rebekah Merwin at phone number ******** today. She expressed concern when she called about the delinquency of the aforementioned estimate. I told her I was not at my desk and could not verify the status at that time. However, I did offer to send it over immediately when I got back to the office.((this is a LIE. He NEVER offered the estimate because, by his account, he was still waiting to hear from the manufacturer)) She demanded that she didn't want to do business with us, that we were thieves, she threatened to defame and slander us on Yelp, Yahoo, etc. ((I assured him I'd share my experience with his company)) I can assure you, with the sending of this email, your service was provided as promised(writing up and sending estimate), and the feeling that you were "stolen from," as put by your wife, hopefully has been rectified. I do offer our most sincere apology for our tardiness which was handled as soon as it was brought to our attention today. We have taken care of this matter with the upmost professionalism and believe that no negative reviews should be given on our behalf. If this occurs, we will take the appropriate action provided our by legal council.     HIGHLY recommend Channelview Supply!!! We took our new…read morecamper--less than a year old-- to Fun Town RV in Wharton because none of the three AC units were working. They kept our camper from January through April, only to test the ACs on a day when it was 34 degrees outside. Unsurprisingly, they called to say, "Everything's working fine." Spoiler: they absolutely were not. We've owned other campers and know what a functioning AC feels like. With three units on board, it was painfully obvious nothing was working. Frustrated, we picked it up and took it to Channelview Supply. Within two weeks, they diagnosed the issue correctly (all three AC units were bad), submitted the warranty claim, and replaced them with new, upgraded units. Fun Town RV wasted three months of our time and did nothing to actually solve the problem. Channelview Supply did in two weeks what Fun Town couldn't do in three months. Save yourself the trouble and go to Channelview Supply for your RV service. I strongly recommend them if you want honest, competent service.
