This company operates in an extremely unprofessional and deceptive manner. After loading my vehicle…read moreonto their flatbed, I was informed--only then--that there would be an additional $65 charge simply because a flatbed was used. This fee was never disclosed upfront. We were discouraged from contacting our insurance provider (AAA) to verify the charge, and due to a time-sensitive dealership appointment, we felt pressured to pay the fee out of necessity. For context, the tow distance was only 5.5 miles and took approximately six minutes. Subsequently, our insurance company issued payment for the $65 "additional charge," despite the error originating entirely with the towing company. However, the company has failed to refund the money we initially sent via Zelle. Since then, they have stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. This behavior is unacceptable and strongly indicative of a scam. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have also documented the truck's license plate number and TDL number as evidence.
