You get Guy being snappy and rude and tired and even found asleep on the garage floor! Took my daughters car in for headlight replacement it just fell out twice because Guy didn't remove bumper and install it correctly! Then we moved and found out Guy over tightened the bolt to the oil pan and the wrong oil filter! I mean basic mechanic work here GUY!
