This place is awesome. Every single human in this location is knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with a motorcycle hitch carrier that was designed for a 2" receiver. I bought a new truck with a 2 1/2" receiver. Even with the reducer, the play in the motorcycle carrier was unusable. They grinded down the ubolt stabilizer so it would properly fit my receiver. It improved the situation about 50% Then Brian told me about a product that could possibly remedy my dilemma.. He warned me it was a bit pricey but we had nothing to lose to try it out to see if it would work....and I'll be damned....worked like a charm. It was expensive, but not as much as buying a new motorcycle carrier. I wish all companies still operated like these guys. (If they did the world wold be a much better place). Bunch of liars and crooks. I was a sold a 2023 f 150 with a bad battery that started giving me notifications days after purchase. Also, the cpo warranty was included which is another $2k. Was told it was comprehensive and bumper to bumper. That was a lie. Also, a day after purchase, a faulty air dam notification came on. That's not covered either. So much for that 138 point inspection they do on used vehicles. You would think they might think to check the vehicle's battery power during that. Nope. When I called up there, didn't get the service department. Spoke to some arrogant sales person who just wanted to make excuses and not own up to their responsibilities of checking vehicles properly. I hate to give a bad review BUT...I purchased a part from these people around November 2024. Everything went fairly well. The part worked fine. But all of a sudden I got a $248 charge on my credit card nine months later from them for nothing. I had to call USAA and cancel my credit card because they basically stole that money out of my account. Be careful with these people. As they will keep your credit card information. I recently Purchased a Mercedes GLE 53 AMG SUV version and it wasn't equipped with a trailer hitch. The GLE 53 has a 7700 lb. towing capacity and as a result I confirmed it could tow a boat. I have had them do trailer brakes, axle work, bearing packing, lighting, strobe lights, and some custom work as well. These people know their business and are damn good at it. I came to Master Hitch to repair trailer electric wiring. They had special instrument to connect both car wiring and trailer wiring. Checked all the fuses, found several issues with car and trailer (wiring, bulbs, connector, etc). One issue was technically difficult and guys got stuck with it, but Mr. Scott stopped by for literally 10 seconds and found exactly what it was. Amazing! Absolutely amazing! read more

They installed a hitch for my car. Scott offered to modify my bike rack for "about 80 dlls". I finished paying 130. It looks professional. Nevertheless I have to came back 3 times because at the time I put my bikes on the rack, the bikes lined down in an angle. The last time Scott charged me an other 32 dll. He said because they add a couple of rings to tie the bikes. But that was the solution that his workers gave me. In my opinion it was warranty of the job they did and cost me 3 of my mornings and drive about 40 miles each time. Pros: good service, good finish job Cons: To expensive for the job done. Charged for a what was a warranty. Do not give you a real price. In conclusion, Master Hitch can do a professional job; but you need to ask for an in writing estimate. read more
