I ordered LED headlights for my 2015 Tundra through Allout Offroad, and had Allout Offroad Performance install them. The lights are amazing, 100% better than the factory lights and I'm glad I spent to get them. I placed the order on the phone with them, and made an appointment for the install....all well organized and executed. Their shop is close to a couple of restaurants so I had an early lunch while they installed them...... Overall I had a great experience at Allout Offroad. My truck is just a stock tundra, not like some of the heavily modified rigs they had in that day, but the team was courteous, professional, I left with no "stock truck shame" and feeling really good about my really great headlights that work better than expected and are adjusted perfectly. **UPDATE**: It was great today with Dax, extremely professional and very helpful. The tool chest was installed and Dax was extremely helpful as I want to add new rims, tires, headlights, rear lights, back up camera, etc. He was very insightful as to what would work and wouldn't with the truck. He offered a ton of customer service even as busy as they were at the time. It was great to hear their team "talk shop" about trucks, accessories, services, etc......it was kinda like an old school barbershop, extremely friendly and down to earth. I can't wait to go back and add the items to my truck. We all have 1 Star days (I have a ton, ugh!) but Dax and team absolutely crushed it for me! Highly Recommend, because they accepted a critique and used it to rectify and do even better! **REDEMPTION/ UPDATE**: I wanted to be fair and update Yelpers. Dax called me (nice fella) and was very apologetic for the delay. I am going in Monday 8.21.2017 at 10am to get the tool chest replaced. I had a tool chest installed back in November 2016 and that sale transaction went off without a hitch. I figured the same experience would hold true for any issues with the product as it is under warranty. When i brought the product back for review they noticed the rivets had come apart on the driver side and the tool chest needed to be replaced. I was originally advised that the new tool chest would arrive the following week but did not receive a call for a status, so I called on Wednesday or Thursday. I never received a return call so I drove to the shop and the gentleman advised me that a new chest had to be ordered from another vendor which I was advised would be here this week. I decided to wait but since it was Thursday of the second week I called again and left a message, no return call as of 12:01 pm on 8.17.17. While I do understand it takes time to get a hold of products it doesn't take two weeks to return a phone call. At this point I can only assume the organization figures they already have my money so no need to rush or be professional with me which is disappointing because they really seemed like a nice Pearland business. I figure I will chalk this up as a loss and take my chest to another organization to replace it or fix it and give them an opportunity to grab a solid customer who is looking forward to outfitting his truck. read more

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-250 Platinum and wanted to add clearance/cab lights to it. Allout Offroad installed the lights and they work great; however, the silicone they used didn't seal and two lights had water in them the next day. So, I took it back and they said they resealed them and cleared the water. They even agreed the silicone seal they used was bad and threw it out. Again, once I got home to inspect the work, they had excess silicone on the cab, the old silicone they used the first time was smeared on the outside of the lights. I cleaned the mess up myself. For the price paid , I expected a higher quality of work. read more

This place is a joke. I called them with the part number of what I needed. Talked with someone about it. He said he would look into ordering it and call me back. He never called back. A few days later I called them back and spoke with someone else who actually ordered the parts I needed. He told me he would call me when they arrived. He never called. I finally called them back to schedule the installation of these parts and while they had my truck they called me and told me every part in my front end was shot. "Had lots of play". Needless to say I took it to another shop and personally watched a different mechanic look at everything and shake everything down and there was no play anywhere. I made the mistake and let another shop install a lift on my truck and after several trips to the shop for things being loose I had enough. One call to Allout in Pearland and they scheduled me to bring it by and they would check it out. I recently had some work performed on my 2014 GMC Sierra 4X4 here. I wanted to level out the front suspension to allow a higher ground clearance and to put on bigger/taller, more trail worthy tires. I also had a roll up bed cover installed. I worked with Luke exclusively; he was very helpful, polite, and willing to listen to what I had to say. The truck was ready on time and so far the work is great. Who knows what will happen as far miles are accumulated, but the first impression of their work is excellent. The prices are not high but not dirt cheap, they are competitive. I found prices online cheaper and more expensive. I plan having more work done in the future. read more

I will be taking my business elsewhere. Setup an appointment a couple of days in advance. Explained what I wanted and was assured they had the parts and the job wouldn't take very long. I turned my truck in, they kept it for 5 hours. Turns out, they didn't have the correct parts and would have to order them. Was told they would call the following Monday. No call. Apparently they do not like small jobs which is understandable, but the wasted time and effort of being without a truck will have me purchasing my tires / wheels / Ranch Hand and toolbox elsewhere. Let's all face it. Stuff happens from time to time that is completely out of our control. I am an avid "online buyer, diy'er" when it comes to vehicle upgrades. This time I was under the gun (by my pregnant wife) to get side steps for my truck. I went to Allout to do some shopping and realized that the prices were comparable to online prices. I was greeted by Luke who helped me out. Found the set that I wanted, made the purchase and was told that they would be there the next day. I then left and received a message on my cell a couple hours later that the delivery was going to be delayed for a couple days. Like I said earlier, stuff happens. I went to pick up my delivery the day I was told and the package couldn't be found. Luke then got on the phone and was told the package was on back order. To make a long story short, Luke went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I haven't seen this kind of excellent customer service anywhere else in Pearland. If this were an online purchase, I might have been lucky to receive an email saying "sorry, wait longer." Luke is the definition of Customer Service and I only wish more people treated customers like he does. read more
