Also on my child's older car: 2005 Tundra: they, reattached peeling cloth on doors. Then, on my own 2015 GMC Sierra, fixed the pop rivets on my ARE bed cover. They charged $85 to reupholster my console, and then scratched the console after trying for 15 minutes to reinstall install it. I showed one person who told me to bring it back if I couldn't fix it, but why in the world would should I have to drive back to this place, taking more time out of another day, so they could try to repair a mistake like this? How about training your workers?? The name of this place is Auto Facelifts, but they definitely didn't give my car a facelift. read more

Had high hopes, though I'm unable to recommend this business to anyone. The body shop took my vehicle there in May of 2022 for a top replacement. Just got the vehicle back now, January of 2023. Snaps on the top don't work and it's impossible to keep the rain out. Additionally, they put glue all over my brand new paint job and scratched/dinged multiple areas of the vehicle. Also brought them brand new seat covers that were made specifically for this vehicle and they related that the seat foams on the car were wrong and they couldn't install them. Have a receipt from 20 years ago when they replaced the seat foams and after removing the covers today that they made 20 years ago, it's clear they made those foams to fit the mis-sized covers they themselves made. Yet, now I have to pay extra to fix what they did wrong. Upset is not even the proper word. Unless you're some corporate entity, they simply don't care. Take your business elsewhere. read more

They were supposed to just put leather interior in what was supposed to be a show truck!! When they brought it back it had leather but it also was damaged!! Dent in cab corner and bed corner!!! Still do not know what happened and had not received an apology or anything. They assured me they would take care of my truck but they DID NOT!!!!! Do what they said they were going to do!!! I assume they put it some place where it could be hit or someone ran something into it, either way it is not in the same shape when it was delivered to them!!! Now it has been a week and a half while these morons decide whether they are going to pay for it or their insurance is going to pay!!! I mean what the hell it is not theirs so why should they make sure the truck gets repaired in a timely matter!!! They are dragging their feet which just continues making this place look worse everyday my truck sits there and I am out of having my truck!!! If you care for your vehicle I WOULD NOT!!!!!! take a vehicle to this place!!! If you do not care about your vehicle and how they handle others people property then this is the place!! They did not take every precaution to keep my vehicle from harm like they said they would, if they would have, the truck would not be damaged!!!!,, IT'S A FACT!!!!!. I would stay clear of this place. I will tell everyone I know to tell everyone they know to not let these guys work on your vehicle!!!!! They brought my truck back damaged and now they are taking their sweet ass time on getting it appraised!! The appraiser could have wrote up the notice while there, they do it all the time but for some reason it takes this outfit a week to get one out there then another five plus days to get it wrote up and to top it off it's been Thanksgiving (which is a day). It is evident they did not care about my truck and they do not care about getting it repaired!!!! I have never seen a more screwed up business and have NEVER DONE BUSINESS with any place like this and I hope I never have to again!!! Meanwhile I continue to wait for my truck to get repaired because I am waiting on AUTO Facelifts to do the RIGHT THING!!! I want to be done with this place so I never have to have anymore dealings with this god awful place again. They spoiled our plans to go on a trip and now they are taking their time on getting it OKed for repair. This is how they treat people so beware!!! And STAY CLEAR!! I am still driving around in a crappy rental which I hope they have to pay for out of pocket!!! I had a relatively small job that was required to replace some carpet in my motor home. Scott and Jennifer were awesome to work with! I don't believe I would have been treated any differently if I had a $4000 job to do instead of my $400 job! I had three different quotes to do my job: one was $900 in League City, another $400 in League City as well, and Auto Facelifts for $400 (they didn't know of my other quotes until after they gave me theirs). I am very pleased with the quality of work performed, and with their friendly, professional approach to their business. I emailed about 10 companies in the Houston/Clear Lake area to get the headliner fixed on my 2001 Buick LaSabre. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because after all it is a 2001 Buick LaSabre, but alas the humidity was attacking my car. After weeks of looking I got the Quote from Autoface Lift. It was the cheapest quote but the work they did was not cheap at all. My car looks amazing. They matched the color spot on and it only took 1/2 a day to get done. Dropped it off at 10 and picked it up at 4pm. The staff and owners are super nice and great people. I work for a dealership and this is the best place in the area.
