He even congratulated me but failed to tell me the unit had been sold. He didn't even inform me my deposit had been refunded. When I spoke with the manager and informed him, he did not provide an apology nor take accountable for his employee lack of service. When I dropped it off I paid my $500 deductible in cash. (If you pay them anything you better video it) There is constant delays it's going to be ready and then it's the next week and then the next. When it is finally done I make arrangements to pick it up and they want my deductible again. I explained I paid in cash when I dropped it off 4 months ago (the insurance paid them 6 months ago) and they said no you didn't we don't take payments like that. Rob took my money when I dropped it off, I just have no proof so I had to pay my deductible again to get my trailer. When I picked it up there was no walkthrough showing what was done. I never received a copy of the estimate or anything explaining what the over 15k was going for. The work looks un professional on the inside and very subpar. I hope that the roof replacement was done better, but only time will tell. I do not recommend using this company but if you do, video and record every conversation, ask for everything in writing. I asked for copies of every piece of paper and I hardly got anything, I received a paper saying work to be performed was as per estimate but never saw the estimate. Consumer beware. I am very unhappy. Shop around get real reviews before ever dealing with a business, I am learning the hard way being back in Texas.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!…read more My family purchased a brand new 2025 Heartland Trailer at this facility. The trailer was manufactured wrong. Within days of purchase, water started leaking throughout the trailer. Holes in walls were found, and the oven did not work. They went in circles with the dealer. Christopher Allen the service manager and Casey Bryant the regional service manager failed to repair as promised. They blocked and hung up on the purchaser in order to fail to mitigate the damages. This was completely crooked. Since then, more water damage has occurred. The brand new trailer is sitting at a repair shop with "SIGNIFICANT DAMAGES AND STRUCTURAL ISSUES." (Currently almost 3 months in the shop AGAIN) The warranty company has sent them in circles as well. This trailer should be purchased back from this dealer but they will literally block your calls and attempts to remediate the situation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Who sells a defected item an refuses to help fix it? Funtown is not Fun at all. You have literally caused so much termoil and chaos from your lack of response/warranty/assistance etc! Took trailer in on a Thursday appointment @ 1:00pm they said warranty work would be completed by Monday morning, showed up Monday morning to drive back to Dallas and they hadn't even touched the trailer! Whaaaaat!!! Asked David when it would be completed, he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. Asked to speak to the manager who then after much discussion said it would be done by end of day. Went to pick it up Tuesday morning waited 45 minutes and finally asked them to hunt it down so that I could just hook it up and start the long drive back to Dallas,.. SMH. Six months after I purchased it, I brought it back in because I found a wet spot on the carpet in the corner of my slide. They had it for a month, and told me they couldn't find a leak. Two years later, I see water dripping from my ceiling. I pull the paneling from my ceiling, and the wood is completely rotten to the point that I can stick my finger completely through my roof. The damage is in the exact location where the wet carpet was at. The amount of mold was completely insane. My son and I live in this RV, so needless to say, im extremely upset. I called Chad, who is the Service manager. He quickly told me demontrond is going to do absolutely nothing to fix the issue. I took my RV to a different shop. It's going to cost me $10,000 out of my pocket to fix. Insurance won't cover it because the leak is two years old. So demontrond really screwed me on this.

We have purchased 4 RVs from there hoping that things would change...they haven't. This is our bad. Having said that, here is the worst of it. About a year ago, we took our Class A in for service. After a TON of run around they had our RV for 5 MONTHS. At one point, we went in to see what was going io and nobody even knew where it was. One of the salesmen had to drive around and look for it. It was tucked away in the back on their lot. This is quite frankly unacceptable. There is no communication, there is one excuse after another, and nothing seems to get done until you throw a fit. On a recent trip, one of the things they fixed turns out wasn't fixed properly so back we go. Again after 5 weeks this time and the same runaround, they say they finally have it complete. But now, here is the kicker. Due to an error on their part, they are telling us due to an error on they made, they won't release our RV until we pay them $7,000. Yes, you read that right. They told us at the time (a year ago) that the claim on our warranty was approved so we paid the deductible and considered the matter closed. Apparently, they lied and the claim was not approved and expected us to pay for the work. This is the most SHADY business practice I have ever seen!!!! We will NEVER give Holiday World another penny of our money. We have hit our limit.

The make ready and training was done thoroughly and timely. Since then, we've had two "show stopping" issues while on the road- both times the service department was EXTREMELY helpful and walked us through what we needed to do to be able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Although we do have an extended warranty and we could have enlisted a mobile RV service to fix the problem, it was easier to just fix it ourselves and the service department made it easy to do so.
