The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. Otherwise no complaints. The guys did solid professional work. I'm happy, thank you!

When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.

Thanks to Jeff at Pro Power Sports of Conroe, they had swapped out our faulty unit and gave us a complete replacement. Me and my wife had wanted a swap out so badly but from what we were getting told that ain't the way it works out. Thanks to Jeff, he made it happen for us. Jeff at Pro Power Sports was absolutely awesome and fought to make it right and he did. Me and my wife bought 2 brand new 2026 700 Outlander Xt's. They were still in crates and got approved on the loans and had to wait a week for them to be assembled. Then only drove them on the road to full fill the 4 hr break in period. On completion of the break in period we had noticed my wife's atv was leaking. So we had taken it back to Pro Power Sports of Conroe to be checked out and get it fixed if needed. Upon dealership checking unit out they had discovered the engine casing has got a crack. We had dropped the atv off on Wednesday and waited til Friday for a call back but nothing. So my Wife had decided to call them on Friday afternoon. They had gave her the bad news and had told her that it can be up to 30 days possibly longer for warranty repair to be completed. On Wednesday I had went ahead and filed a complaint with BRP Headquarters online hoping to get issue resolved and expedited a little faster. They had issued me BRP Case 03912185. My Wife had decided to call the headquarters 1-888-272-9222 to see our options, the warranty specialist assigned to our case number said they could offer a buy back or trade in offer. That would be great but I would be losing several thousands of dollars doing that. In my opinion they should swap the unit out free of charge but nope. That was not an option. My other 4 wheeler luckily has no problems yet but seriously haven't even made the first payment on them yet and one is down broken. Some time in the first half of July, Zack Malone promptly came to the boat to determine the…read morenecessary repairs for a leaky boat with a bilge pump not running. He expertly found the leak and the problem with the bilge pump. He listed all the repair work that he recommended and told us to expect the boat back on its lift within 2 weeks. He made a very favorable impression. 2 weeks later, he billed over a thousand dollars for the work (and was paid immediately) and said that he found another leak when he put the boat back into the water and that he would fix it. After 3 weeks of refusing to answer phone calls, texts, and email, he said that he completed the work and would soon return the boat. Weeks went by with no word from Zack. Then, he said he would return the boat. He didn't. Again, zero communications. Finally, the Thursday before the Labor Day Weekend, he promised to return the boat the next day so that our guests, including children, could enjoy boating that weekend. He didn't. Instead, I located the boat about 7 miles from his abandoned location on Blake Road; the boat was on a trailer under a tree, uncovered, dirty with lots of leaves, and without any repairs performed. Zack has not said why he lied repeatedly about having performed repairs, why he didn't do the repairs, why he billed for work, why he refused to communicate, or why he intentionally ruined the holiday weekend for my group.

When the manufacturer of my chair told me there was no replacement base for the chair available I was ready to trash the chair although the leather was in perfect condition. After several refusals from other welding shops, I found A1. I sent pictures of the damaged area via text to Shonda and we set up a meeting time for me to take the chair to them. They repaired the chair over the Thanksgiving holiday at a VERY reasonable price. Nice people to work with, quality and neat workmanship, all at a reasonable price.
