Being charged over $30,000.00 and not having anything that was supposed to be done working properly. I took the car to another garage and had him look at the car without telling him what was supposed to be done. When he looked at it he went through several items that nick claimed were done right and he verified that they weren't done right. The second garage was totally independent in that he wasn't doing this to work on the car but a favor to me. I will now take the car to another garage that the second mechanic recommended and see how much more it is going to cost me. Long and short of it I have or had a (warranty) on the work and if I wanted to let nick continue to get the work done right, judging how long it takes when I did take the car back to him I might never drive the car again. And it still wouldn't be done properly. Nick, I think you know who I am and if you want to give me a call please do. Hacks! Avoid Hall's Auto Electric! I took my truck in with a…read morecylinder one misfire. 8 weeks in total they had my truck. In that entire 8 weeks I got not one single phone call from the desk-squatter Paul that literally sits next to a phone all day. They charged me $6920 and gave my truck back to me with not only the cylinder one still misfiring but now cylinder 6 as well, and told me that my AC that worked perfectly fine before they got hold of now has a broken compressor, and also now I have a bottom end issue not covered under the work they did. I paid my own mechanic to check their work. There is no bottom end issue. He fixed both misfires by installing two msd solenoids! And the compressor on my AC--works fine--they didn't refill the Freon that they extracted from it! Also found missing bolts. Complete hacks wasted 8 weeks of my life with their incompetence, and I still had to pay another mechanic another $800 to fix their hack diagnosis/work! Avoid these low end losers!

The vehicle is lowered and has very sensitive magne-ride suspension. So I needed to find an alignment shop that understands what the different angles do and how to properly adjust for both optimum handling and tire wear. The alignment took them some time, as I expected it would! But when they finished, it was perfect. The car drives straight as an arrow and handles exceptionally well! They are able to set the vehicle up for aggressive track use, if that's what is wanted, or for daily driving or a combination of both. Or they can put everything back to factory setting! This skill and ability is what really set them apart. Most shops, the techs barely understand what camber and caster is, let alone what adjusting them does to your handling characteristics. But Billy and his team know this stuff very well!
