And as usual, I had another wonderful experience. This was my first time at the Montgomery location. Although they looked busy, Dale greeted me right away and took care of me. He checked all of the tires for leaks, etc., filled them all with air, and turned off the warning light. I sat comfortably in an air conditioned waiting area and before I knew it, Dale explained it all to me and right away had my car waiting for me up front. You cannot see any evidence of the wreck. The body work is flawless and the paint is perfect. Our Insurance adjuster commented on the thorough estimate and the supplemental estimates necessary after everything was disassembled. He said the attention to detail was very noteworthy. it was ready when promised. As we picked it up they noticed the backup light on the left side was defective on the replaced part. They had to order a subassembly to correct it and 2 days later my wife dropped back by and it was repaired in 30 minutes while she waited in the air conditioned office.
