If you are ok with having your property totally disrespected then this is the place for you. 3 of us contracted Dunn for a fence that runs in 3 neighbors yards. Two of us had our yards trashed. They left piles of mud and cement in our yards and didn't bother to return my wifes phone call. She then leaves a review, they call and say they'll fix it and they take piles of dirt and cement and bust them up into small chunks and scatter it around my yard. They also took bricks I had layed down and put firewood on it and threw them in my neighbor's yard. They also used the back of my shed as their dump site. I spoke to Eric on Tuesday about these issues and he gave me his word they would address it. As I suspected, not even a return phone call. Don't use the guys unless you don't care about your property. Update. Eric told me he would call me back on 5-21-2025 and to no surprise did not call. Today (Sunday) 5-25-2025 we post the review and he has been calling my wife nonstop to the point we had to call the police on him. These people are beyond immature. Don't use them. read more

The cleanup was not even close to being done correctly and Eric claimed he'd call to send someone out again but we never heard back. The guy they sent brought a hammer and was smashing the concrete chunks into our yard. Buyer beware, if you share a fence being replaced and the contract isn't in your name, they leave contract owners yard in good condition but destroy the others. Instead of calling back when he told us he would, he waited until I followed up on my review negatively then continued to call me even after we asked him to stop. The company refused to send someone out to get the dirt, concrete, and wood pieces with nails they left behind. Also blocked us on Facebook. read more

Their crews are the best I've ever seen. This is the second side of our fence Dunn has done and the fence is beautiful and appears to have been done with the best quality materials and workmanship. Really, their crews know what they are doing! All three sides of our property line fences in the back have been done now. The first to be done was the right side and was done by a different company recommended by that side's neighbor. Our back side and left sides were done by Dunn so I have literally a side by side comparison. The difference is stark. Dunn's fences are far, far better. Excellent. Read their 11 page contract. THEY REFUSE TO SIGN THEIR OWN CONTRACT. They will not explicitly state sales taxes are included. Contract asks that "Owner" represent that Dunn Fence has read and understands the contract. Although they inspected the site they will not represent they have and pricing is based on their own inspection. Although contract value was low and work will be completed in a day or two contract has numerous conflicting terms and is extremely one sided in favor of Dunn Fence. Erik response to questions on contract was "I am not going to do anything, my lawyers drafted the contract and it will cost me $150-$200 to ask them a question or provide clarification." read more

Be Advise, Dunn Fence will disregard contract, any agreement once that contract is signed with no advance notice to homeowners. You get home from work, your Yard is wide open, it's after hours and Dunn Fence is no where to be found. You wIll not sleep sInce it is a busy street. No advance notice. I'm a retired small business owner and quite finicky, but loved doing business with Dunn Fence. Our wooden and wrought iron fence were about 15 years old and we decided to replace the fence and sand/paint our wrought iron fence. Called four fence companies, three responded but we chose Dunn, who does much work in our Gleannloch Farms neighborhoods. Dunn navigated us through the HOA permitting. We accepted their bid on Thursday and work started on the next Monday. Great crew arrived early and removed and replaced the old side fence in about five hours! They returned on Tuesday to stain our fence -yes, there's an HOA approved color, sanded and hand rolled our wrought iron fence. 5 days from contact to final payment. My second pick company -who did my Woodland's house, had a 4-5 week backlog before starting construction. Nimble business like this worked great for us. Good value for the money spent. read more

Erik Dunn responded to my call regarding getting a quote for a new fence at my house. He came right away and measured my yard and we discussed type of fence and the options that I had. He emailed me the quote in a couple of days. It was competitive with other pricing I had received. They were scheduled to do the fence on a Thursday but called me and asked if they could come on the Tuesday instead. The crew did an excellent job and were finished in one day as they had promised. I recently had Dunn Fence replace my back fence after a wind storm had caused it to begin leaning. I'm not "handy," so I really relied on their expertise to guide me through the process. One of the things I appreciated most was how every person I came into contact with, either in person, on the phone or via email, acted with integrity, kindness and professionalism. I never felt pressured or like I was being "sold." Patrick Dunn, especially, did a wonderful job explaining how their fences were built and why those methods were important. Although not a construction expert myself, he gave me enough education to make an informed decision. They custom fabricated gates, and installed dog-proof latches and rot boards. The crew who did the install were efficient, and their work is beautiful. Nails were hidden whenever possible, and the finished product looks stunning. read more

Dunn recently replaced our neighborhood perimeter fence. Workmanship and painting were subpar at best. Contacted owner multiple times concerning the issues and he's never managed to make an appointment in person in the 3 months since original work took place. Always polite on phone but never shows. He attempted make shift repairs of his own choosing which were not what we discussed over the phone and has never attempted to correct the paint job. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Dunn Fence is the best! In December when the storm blew in near The Woodlands, it took down my fence. I have a pool and was set to begin renting the house out in 4 days. I called and they came out right away, put up a temporary fence up and had it all fixed before my tenants moved in.
