Very pleased with final results of project only disappointing item was, quoted for metal posts , but minutes before arrival of installers informed from phone conversation that was an internal glitch. Did receive a reduced cost for the glitch which was well under other received quotes. 150 ft, cedar. Thanks TFB.

Julio at Lopez Fence came at the appointed time. He had references and photos of other work he had done recently, including one at a house about a mile away. I went and looked. The work was good. His price was in the middle of three quotes... not the highest, and not the lowest. He suggested use of cedar wood, with treated rot boards at the bottom and galvinized nails. Paying attention to details was very professional I thought. We signed a one-page contract and I offered to give him 10% down. He said a downpayment was not required. Just payment in full, after the job was done, to my satisfaction. Including cleanup and take away of the old materials! Highly recommended!

From the beginning to the end, the communication was fantastic. They listened to all my wants on the fence build, and they did exactly that. I had a 45 foot section of fence with a gate built and they did it in about six hours. I Highly recommend this company. Great pricing too. read more

Very happy with the job done by Julio and his crew of Texas Fence Builders! They demoed and rebuilt a shared fence, a pedestrian door and fences around the A/C units. They also built a new pedestrian gate and replaced a metal gate. Everything was completed in less than a week and coordination was made easy with our arborist who had to remove trees after the shared fence was demoed but before it was rebuilt! I highly recommend them. Their quote was also very fair in comparison to others we had received. read more

Julio came out within two days after we requested a quote. Julio was polite, knowledgeable, gave suggestions, had proper equipment and showed us photos of his company's work. Lopez Fences's pricing beat out others and presented us with a proper quote on paper with contract language. Everyone else's quotes were texted to us with no photos and hounded us for a job. We never had that issue with Julio. There are four sections to our fence, and I requested to replace only one and a half sections. He didn't have a problem with it and didn't pressure me to do the whole fence at one time, which I appreciated. The job took a total of three days. On the second day, when his crew was finishing up, he came by to check out the fence. He personally didn't like it how some wood was incorporated into the double gate side of the fence. He insisted it should be fixed, we agreed, price never changed, and that honestly showed us that he has integrity and you can't find contractors like this. We just asked Julio for our second quote. We are very pleased! read more

Lopez Fence was referred to me by my neighbor, for whom Lopez Fence had previously installed a fence. Julio Lopez uses his own crew for fence installation. I compared his estimate with two other reputable installers and found his estimate to be the most reasonable. His crew arrived on time and completed both fence/gate installations in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled off the old fencing material. They used #2 Alta western red cedar 6' x 6" x 5/8" pickets and pressure treated posts and framing material. I would not hesitate to recommend him. My wife and I were both very satisfied and pleased with his work. read more
