Mike gave a high level estimate over the phone and set a time for me to drop off the trailer. They got it into the shop as promised and provided a thorough analysis of the situation once they were able to take the hubs and brake drums apart. Mike provided a detailed written explanation of the needed repairs to my brake drums and bearings and costs prior to moving ahead with the work, and then completed the work to my satisfaction on time and with good quality work. They even fixed a couple of items needing to be addressed without charge. Overall, they were very helpful and thorough. While not the least expensive, they did great work, on time and very thorough. We were told the manufacture requires a 75% deposit. We were informed the manufacture was given $7500.00 and the Dealer kept $7500.00. We have worked to try to come to a resolution as the trailer is now OVERDUE. We simply want our $15000,00 deposit returned immediately. The make ready and training was done thoroughly and timely. Since then, we've had two "show stopping" issues while on the road- both times the service department was EXTREMELY helpful and walked us through what we needed to do to be able to enjoy the rest of our trip.
