We came with our financing with a good rate from our credit union but Meddie the finance manager was able to get more favorable rates from one of his sources with our excellent credit. Around February of this year me and my husband started looking for a new rv or a nicer used one to house us and 3 of our kids. We were in the process of selling our home and we would live full time in said rv. We looked for months all over the United States when in May we found online our 2025 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Roost 43. This was housed at Fun Town Rv in Waller. We called and spoke with Meddy Nieto and the dealer representative Debra Schreiber to schedule a day to come from where we lived at the time in Wyoming to Waller, Texas my husband who transports RVs had scheduled a drop off in Houston for 6/1/2026 and then we would go in on 6/2/2026 to check out the RV. This was not a guarantee that we were going to purchase and we made that extremely clear during our conversations. After our initial conversation Meddy Nieto called us several more times essentially begging us to change our plans and come into the dealership before the end of the month his own words were if we purchased the RV before the 1st of June our sales representative would receive a bonus we reiterated to both Meddy and Debra we where again not guaranteeing purchase of the RV but that we would try to arrive before the 1st which fell on a Monday Meddy Nieto stated they would stay open for however long we needed as again we where traveling from Wyoming to Houston TX and then to Waller when we finally arrived on Sunday 5/31/2026 we did a walk through with Debra we really liked the unit aside from the fact it was pretty dirty which she did state it would be detailed if we decided to purchase and there was mold in the washing machine she also stated that would be taken care of Debra was not familiar with the unit at all she didn't show us the speaker system, lights, storage really anything she just showed us the rooms that was it we then agreed to speak to Meddy the financial Coordinator we went over pricing and warranty we wanted to get the best deal possible as we had found 2025 brand new never used Wildwood same model for 7,000 more than this model we were then told that Meddy Nieto had already sent off SIGNED paperwork for warranty etc to the bank and nothing could be changed even though we hadn't even agreed to ANY SALE at that time we confronted him and asked why he would do that as 1. This is extremely illegal and his response was well I thought due to the fact that we stayed open for you guys to come and look at this unit you would be purchasing again we were not agreeing to anything. We were strictly coming to view the unit we did not agree to purchase he then reiterated about Deborah's bonus at this point in time, all bets should have been off and we should've just left and thanked them for their time, but we really liked the unit and after months and months of searching for the right RV we really thought this was going to be the RV for us and boy oh boy could we not have been more wrong none the less we did agree to purchase before we left we were told the rv would be detailed and the mold in the washing machine would be taken care of we left that night and returned the next day we found that nothing was taken care of we asked that the mold at least be taken care of a lady ran inside and sprayed it with Lysol and that was it. We got our RV home to Wyoming where I saw that the mold was still there. I called and was told that the entire washing machine would be replaced I called for weeks to try and get an update, he called me back and was extremely rude to me on the phone and said that they were not going to replace the unit after all, but would send me a new seal and that never was sent to me and I never heard back from anybody fast-forward to what we are dealing with now we have sense moved from Wyoming to Florida the other day, my AC unit that is in my bedroom went out. My Husband called to get the information on the warranty where we were told that the warranty that we purchased that was illegally sent in before we agreed to even purchase the rv was only for roadside assistance. Last night, the second out of the three AC units in the RV went out so now we only have one working AC unit in the RV and nobody is helping us. We called Meddy and he said oh no somebody will reach out to you. We will get this figured out. Nobody has called us. It's the same song and dance that we've heard since May. Nobody responds to us after so long I want other people to avoid this situation. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I genuinely believe that they are scammers.

Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. We just picked the car up and it's running perfectly and the cost was less than half what we would have paid at the dealership. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough.

When I dropped it off I paid my $500 deductible in cash. (If you pay them anything you better video it) There is constant delays it's going to be ready and then it's the next week and then the next. When it is finally done I make arrangements to pick it up and they want my deductible again. I explained I paid in cash when I dropped it off 4 months ago (the insurance paid them 6 months ago) and they said no you didn't we don't take payments like that. Rob took my money when I dropped it off, I just have no proof so I had to pay my deductible again to get my trailer. When I picked it up there was no walkthrough showing what was done. I never received a copy of the estimate or anything explaining what the over 15k was going for. The work looks un professional on the inside and very subpar. I hope that the roof replacement was done better, but only time will tell. I do not recommend using this company but if you do, video and record every conversation, ask for everything in writing. I asked for copies of every piece of paper and I hardly got anything, I received a paper saying work to be performed was as per estimate but never saw the estimate. Consumer beware. I am very unhappy. Shop around get real reviews before ever dealing with a business, I am learning the hard way being back in Texas.

They got it into the shop as promised and provided a thorough analysis of the situation once they were able to take the hubs and brake drums apart. Mike provided a detailed written explanation of the needed repairs to my brake drums and bearings and costs prior to moving ahead with the work, and then completed the work to my satisfaction on time and with good quality work. They even fixed a couple of items needing to be addressed without charge. Overall, they were very helpful and thorough. While not the least expensive, they did great work, on time and very thorough.
