RV Ranger Rob was our sales person and he showed us a used 2025 Grand Design Imagine that was perfect for us. Everyone we worked with were straightforward and low pressure. We came with our financing with a good rate from our credit union but Meddie the finance manager was able to get more favorable rates from one of his sources with our excellent credit. From Larry the Manager to the Service techs who reviewed all the systems with us we met nothing but helpful and competent. read more

I have debated on whether or not I was going to share this complaint, but after months of not being assisted, and now due to the fact of our unfortunate circumstance, currently, I am bringing light to the situation and share with the general Public on what me and my family are currently dealing with due to the extreme negligence of Fun Town Rv in Waller TX. Around February of this year me and my husband started looking for a new rv or a nicer used one to house us and 3 of our kids. We were in the process of selling our home and we would live full time in said rv. We looked for months all over the United States when in May we found online our 2025 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Roost 43. This was housed at Fun Town Rv in Waller. We called and spoke with Meddy Nieto and the dealer representative Debra Schreiber to schedule a day to come from where we lived at the time in Wyoming to Waller, Texas my husband who transports RVs had scheduled a drop off in Houston for 6/1/2026 and then we would go in on 6/2/2026 to check out the RV. This was not a guarantee that we were going to purchase and we made that extremely clear during our conversations. After our initial conversation Meddy Nieto called us several more times essentially begging us to change our plans and come into the dealership before the end of the month his own words were if we purchased the RV before the 1st of June our sales representative would receive a bonus we reiterated to both Meddy and Debra we where again not guaranteeing purchase of the RV but that we would try to arrive before the 1st which fell on a Monday Meddy Nieto stated they would stay open for however long we needed as again we where traveling from Wyoming to Houston TX and then to Waller when we finally arrived on Sunday 5/31/2026 we did a walk through with Debra we really liked the unit aside from the fact it was pretty dirty which she did state it would be detailed if we decided to purchase and there was mold in the washing machine she also stated that would be taken care of Debra was not familiar with the unit at all she didn't show us the speaker system, lights, storage really anything she just showed us the rooms that was it we then agreed to speak to Meddy the financial Coordinator we went over pricing and warranty we wanted to get the best deal possible as we had found 2025 brand new never used Wildwood same model for 7,000 more than this model we were then told that Meddy Nieto had already sent off SIGNED paperwork for warranty etc to the bank and nothing could be changed even though we hadn't even agreed to ANY SALE at that time we confronted him and asked why he would do that as 1. This is extremely illegal and his response was well I thought due to the fact that we stayed open for you guys to come and look at this unit you would be purchasing again we were not agreeing to anything. We were strictly coming to view the unit we did not agree to purchase he then reiterated about Deborah's bonus at this point in time, all bets should have been off and we should've just left and thanked them for their time, but we really liked the unit and after months and months of searching for the right RV we really thought this was going to be the RV for us and boy oh boy could we not have been more wrong none the less we did agree to purchase before we left we were told the rv would be detailed and the mold in the washing machine would be taken care of we left that night and returned the next day we found that nothing was taken care of we asked that the mold at least be taken care of a lady ran inside and sprayed it with Lysol and that was it. We got our RV home to Wyoming where I saw that the mold was still there. I called and was told that the entire washing machine would be replaced I called for weeks to try and get an update, he called me back and was extremely rude to me on the phone and said that they were not going to replace the unit after all, but would send me a new seal and that never was sent to me and I never heard back from anybody fast-forward to what we are dealing with now we have sense moved from Wyoming to Florida the other day, my AC unit that is in my bedroom went out. My Husband called to get the information on the warranty where we were told that the warranty that we purchased that was illegally sent in before we agreed to even purchase the rv was only for roadside assistance. Last night, the second out of the three AC units in the RV went out so now we only have one working AC unit in the RV and nobody is helping us. We called Meddy and he said oh no somebody will reach out to you. We will get this figured out. Nobody has called us. It's the same song and dance that we've heard since May. Nobody responds to us after so long I want other people to avoid this situation. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I genuinely believe that they are scammers. read more

Fun Town RV did service on my fifth wheel trailer and removed the capture plate without putting it back on or bring it to my attention at pickup. It created a serious problem that required their mobile tech to come to my roadside location to get the trailer off the hitch and reattach the capture plate. I immediately returned to FunTown RV to confront them on the situation. I was informed by the Service Manager that they never removed the capture plate and it must have just fell off. The bolts on the capture plate were backed off to the point that it was obvious someone physically and intentionally had removed it. This Service Manager stated they never remove capture plates and find them laying in their yard all the time (BS). He also said he asked his service tech if he had removed it, then stated his service tech didn't even know what a capture plate was (BS). This is not a reputable service department and will lie to you at the drop of a hat. It is the first and last time I did business with them. Not trustworthy and does not deserve your business. One star only because zero stars was not an option. read more

"Avoid Funtown RV if you expect professionalism after the sale." Not only did their finance department fail to send the payoff check, which damaged my credit, but when I called for answers, nobody returned my calls. The silence was almost as frustrating as the mistake. If this is how they handle customers after the sale, I can't recommend doing business with them. Learn from my experience: Verify everything, don't assume anyone will call you back. A company shows its true colors when problems arise, and in my case, Funtown RV failed that test completely. read more

I just want to point out that the unit was NOT properly inspected. There were way too many issues with the unit that proves this fact. From a customer satisfaction stand point I do not agree with your assessment of this situation. The unit should not have been sold to us in the condition it was in. We knew the unit was as is, but we were also informed by your team everything was inspected and in great condition. Apparently we were not told the whole truth in the beginning. I mean just the poop situation should be a red flag to you that the unit was not inspected properly. I am sure it does not matter much to you that your company sold us a lemon, but it does matter to us. Integrity means a lot to us but apparently not to your business. read more

I was looking for a part for my RV. The lady at the parts counter said she was the manager. I asked her my question and her response seemed liked she did not care. She was have a much better time coloring some weird cat drawings at her desk than try to even attempt to help. If you call that a manger then I am the queen of parts. Total joke. UPDATE:I check my email and there is a message from someone I do not know telling me I am someone else. I hope she is not with Fun Town. Why did she message me? Can anyone tell me that? read more

After doing my research in exactly what we wanted in regards to a Travel Trailer, Fun Town in Waller, TX was the only location. Although it was a 2hr drive from where we live, it was well worth the drive. I called on a Saturday and was connected to Sales Associate, DON BELL. We spoke on the phone and texted back and forth. We decided to drive to Fun Town the next day. I called Don Sunday morning, to see if he was working, and it was his day off, but not to worry as he'd come in to be there for us. We purchased the Travel Trailer we wanted with our trade-in and I'd have to say... it was the most pleasant transaction my husband and I had ever experienced! Don was so attentive, friendly and informative. Answered all my (and I had a lot) concerns. So...be sure to ask for DON BELL at the Waller, TX location, you won't be disappointed. P.S. BIG shoutout to Manager J.R. Thank you for being so patient with me. I really appreciate it! Cyndi Schmidt read more
