Thorough, inquisitive, finisher. I had a several problems with a Tiffin Cahaba that required Chris to expand his boundaries and seek information from the manufacturer. After fixing our first problem (air conditioner) we introduced him to our next challenge - Volta lithium ion battery system that is the heart of our RV - it was completely new to him. He thought he had fixed that, but stated later that day after going home, contacting Volta, and devouring the pile of information they sent him, that he was uncomfortable with the way he left us. In talking the following morning, he had an idea, but needed to ask Volta. He called mid day and said he knew what was needed. He came, initiated a dead battery reset, got Volta on the phone to verify what we were seeing. While Volta was on the phone they went through every aspect of the system including how to operate it (bought it used a few months ago and the dealer didn't know).
