Uptown Imports - The only key

    Uptown Imports

I purchased a vehicle online from Uptown Imports after being assured by Angello that everything was…read morein good condition. However, upon receiving the car, I discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. The audio system is defective, with severe distortion even at low volume. I specifically asked about the radio as it looked like it was post-factory installed. The vehicle came with only one key, which was in terrible condition (I'd rate it 7 out of 100). On top of that, the car was never detailed before it was shipped -- the interior was dirty, and the engine bay was filled with leaves and debris, which is shocking for a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. The doors had glue all over them as someone had taken them apart and tried to put them together. None of this was mentioned beforehand and the list can go on! I contacted Angello immediately to address these issues, but after multiple attempts, I've received no response except "I will forward your message to the director" I got a loan for the can and cannot register it in California because Uptown imports did not send the pink slip to the DMV or to the bank (as they are supposed to) Eventually they ended up sending it to me! (WHAT?) How are they in business of selling cars if they don't even know what to do with the pink slip?! This level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. If a business can't stand behind what it sells--or even respond after the sale--that speaks volumes. I've waited long enough for a resolution and am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Buyers... beware!

This dealership looked at my numbers and presented me with several options that I qualified for. I was in my new car in a matter of hours over two days. The SUV I'm in now is everything I could dream for in a replacement to my totaled car. I truly thank this company a lot for their help!

My finance manager, Margaret, was also pleasant and well-informed. She explained the protection and maintenance plans clearly and concisely. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 pm and was able to retrieve the vehicle the next day after it was detailed and filled with gas. The experience was less-stressful and easier than any of my previous vehicle purchases with no pressure at all. Roger even gave me a Jeep Yeti cup, a Jeep keychain, and a rubber duck to start my collection. I highly recommend AutoNation, Roger, and Margaret for your next new vehicle purchase!

Extremely Disappointed With the Service After the Sale…read more About a year ago, my father purchased a beautiful 2024 Buick Envista from AutoNation in Spring. While we love the appearance of the vehicle, unfortunately, we have experienced multiple mechanical issues, and trying to get assistance with the warranties on this vehicle has been an absolute nightmare. The original bumper-to-bumper warranty has expired; however, the vehicle still has a powertrain warranty as well as an additional GM/GMC protection warranty that was purchased with the vehicle. For the past TWO HOURS, I have been calling back and forth trying to simply determine what coverage applies to the vehicle and where it needs to go for service. GM/GMC directs me back to the dealership. I call AutoNation and get transferred from person to person, with no one seemingly able to provide a clear answer. At one point, I was even directed to call Chevrolet, which makes absolutely no sense to me considering this is a Buick purchased from AutoNation. This is TERRIBLE customer service. There was certainly no confusion when it was time to sell the vehicle, sell the additional warranty, complete the paperwork, and accept payment. But now that there is a mechanical problem and we actually need assistance with the warranties that came with and were purchased for this vehicle, suddenly no one seems to know who can help. Customers should receive the same level of attention AFTER the sale that they receive when a dealership is trying to earn their business. I have called repeatedly, been transferred multiple times, and left voicemails, including for management, and I still have not received the assistance I need. After spending hours trying to get a straightforward answer regarding a vehicle purchased from this dealership, I am beyond frustrated. I am requesting that someone from AutoNation Spring management contact me as soon as possible, review the warranties attached to this vehicle, and provide a clear resolution regarding where the vehicle needs to be serviced and what coverage applies. Selling the vehicle should not be where customer service ends.
