After having my car back for a week, the door was not locking properly so we took it back in and they fixed the alignment the same day. Then we noticed a couple days later my car was leaking something so they hooked it up to see what was going on. We noticed while we were there that a part had fallen off my car by the side mirror. They ordered the part and it was ready within a week. Everytime we have been back, Nolan has been great and extremely helpful. I would give five stars if I didn't have to go back to get things fixed.

That expectation was not met. After pickup, there was still visible vomit residue left in multiple areas of my vehicle, including the sun visor area. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with a defensive response from Gabby, who stated that sun visors are not included in their cleaning process and claimed she had informed my husband of this beforehand. That is not accurate based on his interaction. He explained the situation at the entrance, was handed a ticket, and directed inside to pay--without any disclaimer or explanation that parts of the affected area would be excluded from cleaning. If there are exclusions to a paid service--especially a $40 specialized cleaning fee--they must be clearly disclosed before payment is taken. There is nothing on your website or service description that states sun visors or any interior surfaces affected would be excluded from vomit cleaning. More concerning is that the service itself was not performed thoroughly even beyond the visor. The presence of remaining residue shows a lack of attention to detail and raises serious concerns about the consistency of the work being done. I had to take time off work to return and physically point out what should have already been properly addressed. At this point, I am requesting that a manager contact me directly to resolve this matter. I expect either a proper re-cleaning of the vehicle or a discussion of appropriate compensation, as the service paid for was not delivered as advertised or expected. Instead of working with me, I was basically told "you're out of luck." The offer they gave me was $15,000 less than what I had just paid for the vehicle and they claimed it was the best they could do. I ended up going to Doggett Ford, where they immediately stepped up. Not only did they treat me with respect, but they offered $13,000 more for the Corvette than Lone Star did. On top of that, they put together an incredible deal for me on a Ford Expedition Tremor. The difference in professionalism and customer care was night and day. Unfortunately, the problems with Lone Star didn't stop there. I also purchased a 2022 Chevy truck from them that had some minor bed damage. Lone Star told me they wouldn't even consider repairing it. Since it was meant to be a work truck, I decided not to push the issue because everything else appeared to function properly at the time. They also convinced me to purchase one of their extended warranties, which turned out to be essentially worthless. Only two weeks after leaving the lot, the truck's sensors stopped working and the rear camera began malfunctioning. When I brought the truck in expecting them to stand behind what they sold me, I was instead told I needed to pay a $300 diagnostic fee just to have them look at it. To make matters worse, employees in the service department and even some people from new car sales openly admitted that the used car department frequently pushes these warranties because they add commission, even though the warranties cover almost nothing. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in the dealership. Once again, Doggett Ford came through. They offered me more money for the truck to help get me out of the situation and put me into a more reliable vehicle with a lower monthly payment. It's honestly disappointing to see what has happened to Lone Star. The dealership used to have a reputation for taking care of customers and doing business the right way. Unfortunately, since Sonic Automotive took over, the place feels like the fast-food version of a car dealership, rushed, transactional, and focused on squeezing every dollar instead of building long-term relationships. After years of loyalty, this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope they eventually return to the level of customer service they used to be known for.

I came in asking for help repairing my blinker lever as it was loose and you cannot pass an inspection with a loose lever. The man assisting me quoted me $400+ to replace my lever. I bought the part myself from Walmart online for around $25 as well as the wrench and extender for around $10 from Home Depot. Replaced it in the Home Depot parking lot myself for less than $40 total. Quoting me $400 for something that took less time and effort than a standard oil change felt a bit predatory Customer service was otherwise nice, and I've previously had good experiences here
