The worst experience ever…read more Before our insurance would allow them to begin repairs on the car, they told me is it would be ready within 11 days. Once that 11th day came, we heard every excuse as to why my car wasn't ready. Finally, they told us that they ordered a part for the car, but it wouldn't arrive until the next day. The next day came and the car wasn't ready. The next day came, but their painting machine broke so I'd have to wait an entire week since they don't work weekends and the paint needs time to rest. They were able to paint my car, but it still needed to be aligned. They ended up losing my keys, costing us another week since this happened on a Friday. Finally they were able to operate on my car's alignment, but they still needed to order the headlight. This ended up lasting 4 weeks for something we were told would last 11 days. On top of that, they also took all of the change in the car, a phone charger, and a cap from my trunk. This is the worst place to take your car too, not to mention their work is crappy. The replacement parts they put on are plated over the original parts and grind against them. Horrible service on all fronts!

Also to call Craig on his personal cellphone and he would take care of me. Let me tell you his reputation proceeds him, not only was he friendly he told me to bring it in the same day. I trekked the 50 miles to Magnolia, and it was worth it. I met Scott, and he worked me into the schedule Not only did Scott, fix my waste water tank (which was not welded on by the original builder) they explained to me what they were doing, gave me a realistic assessment if it could be done, made and installed a splash guard same day, hung some shelving and gave me a discount on my first visit!!! They understand food truck life and they care about getting you up and running. That is stellar customer service and I will gladly make the hike for my trailer needs going forward.
