The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. I would avoid this shop. I purchased a $5k Toro zero turn a year ago. I had to put my old Toro to…read morerest. After a few cuts, I noticed something was off and not cutting correctly. I stopped by and requested service since it was still under warranty. The gal said someone would call me within a day or so. After a week of hearing nothing, I stopped in again. I received the same response and waiting again for another week. After no call back (again), I stopped in again for a third, fourth and fifth time. On the fifth visit, I actually spoke to one of the co-owners who said they would contact me the next day. I thought finally after talking with someone invested in the business things would move forward. Boy, I was wrong. Same thing, no follow up. It's been 5 or 6 weeks trying to get someone to step up and take care of a customer that DID purchase a $5k tractor from them. I guess once they make a large sale, they don't care to assist the buyer or hope for return business. Toro should really do a better job deciding on who they partner with.
