The owner, Kevin and I always kid around and have a running joke about a bench outside for when I visit so I have a place to smoke my cigar. Even now that I have moved far away from Cillis I still drive up for all my service needs. They do take you home and pick you, within a reasonable distance of course, but because I am so far away I either Uber my way back home and back, or go hang out with friends for the day. Quiet a while ago I had about $10K in damage from a read end collision, they made my vehicle look like new, and service after the repair is without equal.

Seems like no one knows how to properly communicate the deadline for getting a vehicle back to their client then complain & make remarks of how "your wife called like 10 times today" I called 3 haha. Kevin (estimator) did his best to relay information from Miguel (I believe mechanic manager?) Xochil (manager) was on leave and tried her best effort to ease my frustration of the constant push back, I asked to be updated, yet never was. Said car was needing a test drive, I asked for a picture of the odometer, received no response after we were in "constant" communication via text (I say this loosely as she wouldn't pick up my calls, but would text me while I was on hold). Paid our deductible after a month our vehicle was in the shop, get inside with incorrect tire pressure from 2 of the 4 tires. We go inside, they put air in, just for us to circle in their parking lot to notice there was a knocking sound. Go back in, yet again, for them to tell us "oh yeah xyz is also broken." Wouldn't that be something to bring to our attention before we pay money to get our truck back? Also as we requested a rental since we turned it back in (obviously) the white girl inside had an attitude. We shouldn't have to ask for updates, but again, when we ask, they're annoyed and give vague answers. Then the Hispanic lady wasn't any help either. Funny enough, the owner Kevin Williams, comes in at the perfect time after the verbal altercation and assisted it well; but when I was telling him what happened, the white lady says "that's not what I said but okay" funny she had a lot to say when confronted to her boss yet little to nothing when asked for an update. Overall, do not leave your vehicle here. Kevin in front, black man, Hispanic lady and white lady have a bad attitude, Miguel maintenance manager didn't communicate, Xochil didn't want to answer calls.

Needless to say I ended up purchasing the tires and they scheduled the appointment to have them put on right then and there. My appointment time arrives a few days later and it took them around two hours to do all five (including the back spare) and I am very impressed with the quality of work. They have a nice seating area with couches, coffee and water while you wait. The two main gentlemen that we spoke with were Colton and Eric. Both were incredibly helpful and super nice. Used to bring all my vehicles here for tint and any car audio needs. I brought my brand new truck…read morehere to get tint and they claim that they use a laser cutting machine and no blade is used, but my driver door window tint was installed with a really noticeable rip/ tear that looks like someone messed up with a blade and when i pointed it out Leon said it was a rock... I'm not sure how a rock got into my window especially it being a brand new truck... Also i got a custom subwoofer setup that they claimed was going to be sounding amazing. When i came to pick up my truck and i first listened to the system i was not impressed one bit, i knew something wasn't right but i gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking i need to break the subwoofers in. But it made no difference throughout the time I had that system. After a few months, I noticed that the system was working even worse, and I saw that one of the subwoofers was ripped and i went back and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I then took my truck to another shop after doing my research and they pointed out that the custom box they made was not right, The cables and wiring they used was very cheap and had corrosion in multiple spots. and overall they used cheap materials. Not to mention they didn't wire the system correctly. I got a complete new system from a new shop and it's a night and day difference from what A plus installed. After coming here for years, I can say i won't be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. Please do your research, there are plenty of others shops in houston that actually do a great job !
