The most awesome part is that they asked me what battery it was before ever driving to the store to confirm that they had one in stock. Upon finding out the battery was bad Steve quickly grabbed a new one off the shelf, did a little paperwork and sent me on my way. I had the problem fixed in a short period of time and all was well.
