Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. Upon arrival they checked the battery and sure enough it was bad. The most awesome part is that they asked me what battery it was before ever driving to the store to confirm that they had one in stock. Upon finding out the battery was bad Steve quickly grabbed a new one off the shelf, did a little paperwork and sent me on my way. I had the problem fixed in a short period of time and all was well. My dad always praised NAPA as being the next best thing to OEM parts. The only difference is NAPA tends to have better service than the dealerships for sure!!!! Used to bring all my vehicles here for tint and any car audio needs. I brought my brand new truck…read morehere to get tint and they claim that they use a laser cutting machine and no blade is used, but my driver door window tint was installed with a really noticeable rip/ tear that looks like someone messed up with a blade and when i pointed it out Leon said it was a rock... I'm not sure how a rock got into my window especially it being a brand new truck... Also i got a custom subwoofer setup that they claimed was going to be sounding amazing. When i came to pick up my truck and i first listened to the system i was not impressed one bit, i knew something wasn't right but i gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking i need to break the subwoofers in. But it made no difference throughout the time I had that system. After a few months, I noticed that the system was working even worse, and I saw that one of the subwoofers was ripped and i went back and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I then took my truck to another shop after doing my research and they pointed out that the custom box they made was not right, The cables and wiring they used was very cheap and had corrosion in multiple spots. and overall they used cheap materials. Not to mention they didn't wire the system correctly. I got a complete new system from a new shop and it's a night and day difference from what A plus installed. After coming here for years, I can say i won't be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. Please do your research, there are plenty of others shops in houston that actually do a great job !
