Did not work After some communications with Westinghouse we were directed to R&E Small Engine in Spring Texas. They asked all the right questions and ended up picking up the unit. After just one day, Tom contacted us and explained that: the unit worked very well on propane and gasoline. Natural gas has its typical issues when using, like irregular pressures, (un) steady flow, type and size of fittings, etc etc. They brought the unit back and all is well now. I had to buy new tires and needed a complete brake job including a new caliper. The Southwest Land Rover dealership wanted to charge me $5,600 for throttle body replacement, front and rear brakes and replace the caliper. And another $255 for an alignment and in a few months they recommend i come back for a mileage service for $1,200. So I thought that was outrageous so I pulled my car from LR southwest Houston to British Unlimited in Spring, Tx where I got a hell of a deal. Instead of replacing the throttle body they serviced it for $150 vs $1.8k at the dealership then they did the complete brake job for $1,295 + $285 for a used caliper w 1yr warranty Vs $3.7k at the dealership. They Also bleed the brakes, did an alignment, an oil change topped off fluids, replaced cabin filter and reset service light all for wait for it $2.3k out the door! Never mind the reasonable prices, their consummate customer service was amazing! I was able to get Multiple questions asked. We communicated via text and phone call throughout the entire process! If that's not great care and service I don't know what is. I say all this to say if you're in Houston, Tx and you aren't getting warrantied work done at the dealer it is worth the drive to Spring/ The Woodlands to British Unlimited where Luis And Steven will take good care of you!

I ended up paying a little over $1200 for the diagnosis which also included a charge of $250 for spark plugs, $250 for radiator coolant flush and $250 for brake fluid flush. The technicians diagnosed the problem as a knock and I needed to replace the engine but with nothing to back up their diagnosis. I went to another shop and got the same diagnosis, again, with the same diagnosis and nothing to back up or guide me to the problem. Finally, I called Angel Car Medic (via Yelp) and got a very detailed diagnostic report including cylinder pressures. They pulled the spark plugs and showed me how bad they were - even after just being replaced. Long story short, the diagnosis Christian Brothers provided was correct but they charged way too much for the other services. I was so stupid to select them for this!

I called Milstead around 6:20 pm because the online portal did not show that the status of my service had been updated to show that the tow truck was in route or that the truck had already picked up my vehicle. I was told by a Milstead employee that their drivers were behind because of traffic and could not arrive before 7 pm. This was going to be a problem because the business my vehicle was at closed at 7 pm. The employee said that she could reschedule my service for 8 am the next day and I agreed to that. For the original service request, I spoke to a Milstead employee at 4:24 pm to confirm that they had received my request and it was confirmed. No one from Milstead contacted me to say that they were not going to be able to adhere to their arrival time. The next day, I called Milstead around 8:15 am to see if my car had been picked up and the employee said that my service had been set for 10-11 am and could not be moved to a sooner time. I let the employee know about my situation from the previous day and she said there was no documentation that my tow service was rescheduled for 8 am that day. I canceled my service with Milstead because they pushed back their arrival time twice without updating me that they would be doing so.
