I am beyond frustrated. I called in for a simple skid plate replacement and was quoted $700 by a…read morerepresentative named AJ. $700. For a skid plate!!! The part itself maxes out around $200 even at a dealership -- so I don't know what the other $500 is for. It's disheartening when you come in being completely transparent and honest about your situation, and this is what you get in return. It feels like the more straightforward you are, the more certain shops try to take advantage of you. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I can't in good conscience let this go without a warning to others. Do your research before you come here. Know what your parts cost. Don't let anyone see you coming.

After fixing the car now I am 100% sure They used the wrong parts or they didn't put the sensor back ,as I need to push the brakes and the clutch to start the car .while previously I only had to press the clutch which is Ford standard!!!! They ruined my car and now I have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. There is no owner to contact to make a complaint. Beware: Lack of transparency and concerning practices. I…read morebrought my wife's car in for a promotional oil change. Mid-service, I got a call claiming the oil filter housing cap was broken and needed immediate replacement to prevent leaks. This made no sense: the car is parked daily in our garage with zero oil spots, and two separate mechanics--one who did the brakes yesterday and Discount Tire right before this visit--both confirmed there were no leaks. To make matters worse, they quoted a non-OEM replacement cap at a 500% markup over retail. Whether the damage occurred while in their care or not, it strongly feels like they use steep parts markups to recover the cost of cheap promotional oil changes. The entire experience felt dishonest. While no business should operate like this, it is even more concerning doing so while bearing "Christian" in its name. I will not be returning.
