I paid $780 to have the windshield on my vehicle replaced, and ever since the installation I've experienced a water leak that never existed before the glass was replaced. I brought my vehicle back THREE separate times to give them the opportunity to correct the issue. Despite multiple attempts, the leak was never properly fixed. The owner continues to hide behind a "lifetime warranty" and insists I bring the vehicle back again, but after three unsuccessful repair attempts I have completely lost confidence in their workmanship. A warranty means very little when the problem cannot be fixed correctly after multiple visits. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to the dealership for a professional inspection because I no longer trust USA Auto Glass to work on my vehicle. The dealership is now investigating the cause of the leak, and I may be facing thousands of dollars in repairs related to an issue that started immediately after the windshield replacement. What's most disappointing is that the owner has refused to take responsibility for any out-of-pocket expenses I may incur to correct the damage. At this point, I believe I deserve a full refund for the windshield replacement and reimbursement for any repairs required to fix the problems caused by their installation. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly return for the same issue, lose trust in the workmanship, and then be left paying additional repair bills when the business refuses to make things right. Had my rear drivers side window smashed in on a Thursday afternoon. I called Advance Auto Glass…read moreand the manager, Vincent, told me he could see me first thing in the morning. The next morning I brought the car in and, what do you know, my base model 2017 Equinox had some rare type of window that can't be found anywhere (just my luck). However, Vincent brought me into his office and spent 30 minutes calling all of his suppliers seeing if anybody had the window (and if it wasn't local, who could get it there the fastest). He did not need to go above and beyond like he did, but his guidance was greatly appreciated. Although I did not get my window replaced at the dealership this time, I will definitely be going back for future issues.

Advice: don't get a carwash after you get a chip. A small chip will grow by at least a foot. The price he charged me was fair and it took a little more than an hour. He gave me two options for glass and I picked the cheaper one. He told me they are both more or less the same and made by the same companies. I paid $220 which was far less than the other quotes I got. He told me to not get a car wash for at least 24 hrs or any other pressure washing. Glad I got it fixed b/c that crack was seriously screwing up my view.
