I brought in my car…read morefor an airbag wiring harness replacement, and was told I could pick it up on Wednesday after the work was done. But that evening, they suddenly told me I now needed a full airbag replacement, and that it would take two more days to get the part. They said I wouldn't need to pay labor again since the area was already opened, and just asked me to pay $500 more for the airbag. When I told them I needed my car back that day, they said I could pay the full $1694.99 and come back Monday for the airbag replacement. Feeling cornered, I paid and took the car. But here's the thing -- I cleared the fault code myself at home, and the issue was completely gone. They hadn't even installed the airbag yet, and the warning light never came back. At that point, I realized I was nearly upsold for a repair I didn't need. I feel like I was pressured to pay upfront for something that wasn't necessary. This isn't how customers should be treated -- especially when we're trusting you with safety-related repairs. Be very cautious if you go here. Ask questions. Get second opinions. I wish I had.

YELP Review for Hunter Cavieves - North Freeway Hyundai…read more 20440 I-45 North Spring, TX 77373 North Freeway Hyundai I45 I went to look at Hyundai vehicles back in late December '25 and Hunter Cavieves came over and assisted me with looking at different Hyundai models. I went in to look at one particular model and before I knew it he had me looking at others. He was a great help at giving me different options and I even test drove several different models. I narrowed it down to a 2026 Tucson and he also assisted in getting my price as to what I was willing to pay. I finally decided which one I wanted and it was actually parked in the showroom floor with a fancy red Christmas ribbon on it. I came by later that evening with my youngest daughter and finalized the purchase. He has been the greatest and biggest help and I highly recommend working with him. I have been driving it for 8 months now and I am really impressed and enjoying my Tucson. I enjoy everything about it and have been on short road trips and it's been great. The ride is very comfortable and it's also loaded with many features. The stereo sounds awesome too! I really like the screen set up and all the cameras and its different angles. I stopped by to get an oil change at the dealership and Hunter saw me and came by to see how everything was going. I can't brag enough but he is a great person and very friendly. He is currently working in the OnLine Sales Dept and his office is in the front showroom floor. If you're interested in looking at vehicles I highly recommend talking to him. My two previous Service Dept visits were also great. My visits were for an oil change and also a system update. Audry and Mia were very friendly and kept me updated as to what the service Dept was working on and approximately how long the work would take. I found out that Mia is no longer working there but just wanted to also brag about her as well. I feel that my 2026 Tucson is a great vehicle and it's a solid one!

Your salesman told me that they had limited shop techs there and didn't have time. The real problem is not only did it have a low tire, but it also has a bad TPMS sensor on the wheel. He knew this and did not want to tell me. I would have appreciated a bit more honesty. The guy knew I was buying this car for my son. But yet, he let us drive off from your lot with a low tire and a bad TPMS sensor. They are only $60. What's $60 for someone's safety. Especially a VALUED CUSTOMERS safety. Or a teen drivers safety. Is this behavior just your one salesman or is this the way Northside treats all of its customers. The salesman's name was Donnie. Just to clarify. I don't want anyone else taking the blame of this review. The star rating on this has been changed for the reasons above
