He asked for my keys and offered for me to go in into the lobby which I appreciated. Shortly after he came over to discuss the wear of my tires, discussing replacing my luggage nuts and spare tire. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. After removing my tires Alan came in to let me know my front two tires were out of alignment and close to bald on the inside. He offered to show me the wear and they needed to be replaced. Fortunately they had my tires in stock and were able to get me taken care of today.
