Customer service from Kenny and Kobe. Kenny customer service was polite and helpful by looking up the single low beam headlights, as well as the hood lift. None was available at this location, but he let me know Jones road had them available. Kobe did an awesome job by managing the exchange of my left low beam headlight, and left rear turning signal light. Kobe is very professional & polite. I purchased a battery from autozone and about 30 days later, the battery was dead. Per their warranty, they will recharge or replace the battery for free. I took the battery back and without question, they replaced it. I didn't use the service but auto zone is offering curb side pick up. This is the worst AutoZone I've ever been to. When it first open it was OK for a while. Management is nonexistent now, hiding in the back. to just buy items that you walked to the store to pick up will take you 20 to 30 minutes waiting to pay for it. They don't get it if people are wanting to give them money they want you to wait for it. You'll have more luck going to Walmart and trying to figure it out on your own. read more

We arrived at this location at 6:15, my husband was in a rush because they were closing at 6:30 because of the coronavirus situation. I was sitting in our truck as he went in store, I was looking out the window when I saw a man holding the door open for an employee. The employee (which I took a picture of) yelled at the man that they were closed. They were not closed the doors were still unlocked and it was 6:20. He then yelled "go inside, go inside" repeatedly as this man was still holding door open for him! I could not believe it which is why I took a picture of this employee! As the man walked in the employee still continued yelling outside talking to himself which was concerning. He was yelling "I know your not talking to me, I will (something) your head n*gga". The manager walked out to calm the employee down saying "I got you". The employee continued yelling pointing at the customer through the window causing a scene. The customer was inside the store the entire time not even realizing anything was happening, not even knowing that someone (me) was observing this entire thing! Maybe this employee was upset because he was working during these tough times (coronavirus), but these customers are most likley working themselves. He is not the only one, we are all struggling during this tough time and for those who have such a big issue to provide service for others during difficult times is, unreal and sad. I feel so bad for this customer being nice to this employee as this employee was full of anger. He should not be working around people! read more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Long slow lines with only 2 employees working while others just seem to be walking around. If you just want to buy something of the shelf you still have to wait in the parts line, which takes forever. He advised me the price of a new unit and about a month later I got stopped for a brake light out. Went back to the store and Gary again helped me out. Part is on order and should be in today. I just didn't like his attitude towards me when he said that. I asked him that I will not get it, but then he wants to charge me for the oil (he got his earbuds... Maybe not listening). This store is a colossal failure. The customer service is okay as long as you're the only person within rock throwing distance. I put down the products I had after being in the store for 20 minutes. Two minutes picking one product and the rest standing in line. The only reason I tried again is it's right by my house. I would would drive two minutes out of my way to patronize this store.
