Used to bring all my vehicles here for tint and any car audio needs. I brought my brand new truck…read morehere to get tint and they claim that they use a laser cutting machine and no blade is used, but my driver door window tint was installed with a really noticeable rip/ tear that looks like someone messed up with a blade and when i pointed it out Leon said it was a rock... I'm not sure how a rock got into my window especially it being a brand new truck... Also i got a custom subwoofer setup that they claimed was going to be sounding amazing. When i came to pick up my truck and i first listened to the system i was not impressed one bit, i knew something wasn't right but i gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking i need to break the subwoofers in. But it made no difference throughout the time I had that system. After a few months, I noticed that the system was working even worse, and I saw that one of the subwoofers was ripped and i went back and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I then took my truck to another shop after doing my research and they pointed out that the custom box they made was not right, The cables and wiring they used was very cheap and had corrosion in multiple spots. and overall they used cheap materials. Not to mention they didn't wire the system correctly. I got a complete new system from a new shop and it's a night and day difference from what A plus installed. After coming here for years, I can say i won't be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. Please do your research, there are plenty of others shops in houston that actually do a great job !

I got the guy w/ the laziest disposition, who after looking at the screen still seemed to send me 8 miles home with the WRONG part. Was upset but not ticked off. When I returned to swap part for the correct one, he was sitting in a chair in the back and finally got up to make the correction. The young guy working was the opposite (attentive/ helpful) with his customers and if I choose to go back to that store hopefully he can help . Hope that wasn't a manager in any way!!! This is a same day comparison review since I had a crap experience about 200yds down the road at…read moreautozone, so tit for tat the service, attitude & friendliness was night & day. I had a light on my dash for the last week plus & I thought it was the low tire pressure light, but I checked my tire pressure all around & thought it might've been something else. So I pulled up, popped my head in the door, asked if someone could run an engine code check for me & someone came right out. They ran the check, no engine fault codes registered, we exchanged some polite words & they agreed it was probably the Tire Pressure Sensor if all my tires had sufficient pressure. Now I'll have to go back to Walmart to see if they need to reset my TPS. They were very cordial, quick in their service & helpful.
