While I am not a guest, they treated me as though I am. They allowed and even assisted me with dumping my waste tanks ($10), allowed me to do my laundry onsite ($1.50 wash/dry), let me grab a warm shower (free) and let me utilize their large rec room while I waited for my laundry to finish. They even said I was free to use their kitchen if I wanted to make myself some lunch! Talk about service!! This really is a cute RV park with all the comforts. Better yet, it's clean and well taken care of. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay near College Station. Whether it be short-term, long-term, or just to utilize their facilities, you will not be disappointed. Oh! And they have a propane filling station too!!

This is our go-to RV resort when we visit the BCS area, about six times per year. They offer a…read morevariety of parking spots, they are long, large, level and quite well spaced from the neighbors. The park is clean and very well kept. Bathrooms and showers are spotless and well stocked. There is a nice lounge with TVs and sofas connected to the office. There's also a small store with a few supplies. In the middle area, there's a nice shower house with laundry, workout room and a small are to play games or do puzzles. Our two favorite things at this park are the swimming pool/hot tub and the huge dog runs. The park is gated, has daily trash pick up and is close to just about everything in BCS.

They have consistently been the friendliest, most professional repair service I have encountered in my half-century of RV ownership. They do a superb job of fixing things that are "broke," but if it ain't broke, they won't pretend to fix it; they'll explain how to make it work without charge. They installed a custom towing rig, allowing me to tow my Maverick hybrid, which has worked like a charm. When they do make a repair, it generally stays repaired, but if not, they stand by their work and will make it right. They are honest, personable, and charge very reasonable fees. In short, they are about as good as an RV repair shop can get!

Although they did tell me they would be out there within 30 minutes but it did take a little over an hour. Call out was to replace a marker light On the trailer. The repair cost was $500. When I was done picking myself up off the floor I asked the guy to justify the chargers. It took exception to my house or tone and told me that if I had questions I could call the owner. When I asked for the owner he conveniently told And he was not in for the rest of the day. I purposely did not ask them what their fees were because I did not want them to think that I was trying to shop down. I needed a partner in Bryan Texas where I have a fleet operations and I wanted to just simply build trust. Shame on me lesson learned.
