The park is clean and very well kept. Bathrooms and showers are spotless and well stocked. There is a nice lounge with TVs and sofas connected to the office. There's also a small store with a few supplies. In the middle area, there's a nice shower house with laundry, workout room and a small are to play games or do puzzles. Our two favorite things at this park are the swimming pool/hot tub and the huge dog runs. The park is gated, has daily trash pick up and is close to just about everything in BCS.

Pretty sure she watches all of the cameras and waits for you to do something wrong (like having half of a car tire in the dirt parked at your spot). We are happy to correct anything we do wrong especially if we do not know the rules. But the WAY she goes about her job is terrible customer service. Petty issues that she makes a HUGE deal. Kids are not allowed to do anything alone and will be yelled at if they exceed 5 MPH on their BICYCLE. We moved our RV there in March and would have stayed through the end of the year but had to leave because of her directly. I was genuinely shocked to hear from other guests that this is exactly what she does and she has driven away COUNTLESS RVers!!! They say she makes them so uncomfortable they do not even want to use the amenities. Becky lost them another 4 thousand dollars at least from us! Happy to take our business elsewhere.

My husband gets DD with his work but this particular week the payroll got screwed up and he got a paper check, we were traveling from Goliad and didn't get his check until we arrived in Bryan, we needed a place to park the trailer so we could run to Walmart and cash the check, we didn't want to drag our 40 foot trailer into a Walmart parking lot, I had kindly asked the ladies in the office if we could park our trailer in our spot we had reserved and immediately she said you can't bring that trailer in here without payment. I told her the issue with our check she still refused. I'm not by any means a rude person but when she was rude to me I got defensive and was rude back, it was a simple request that they couldn't uphold. I was so upset we had, had a really rough emotional day of travel I was not in the mood to argue with someone. 200 for a week was not worth dealing with them. So I called around to the other rv parks in Bryan couldn't find one until I called Steep hollow wow did they completely change my attitude tords people here in Bryan, they were so nice and welcomed us like we had known them years! BCS Mario Road Rv was the first park we came into here in Bryan. My husband and I had been traveling all day we were tired emotionally drained and just wanting to park our trailer somewhere get his paper check cashed and relax the rest of the day well they had other plans for us. ( go read my review on their Yelp page to much to write here) I had contacted several rv parks here in Bryan no one could accommodate what we needed until I found Steep Hollow! Boy they just welcomed myself and my husband like they had known us for years, they let us park and set up our trailer without payment until we got our check cashed ( review at Mario road rv explains more on that). The owner Bill extremely nice guy, and the husband and wife that run the park just as nice. Free laundry, they have a club house, a full kitchen so you don't have to heat up your rv with your oven on, very friendly atmosphere. Stay here if you want a pleasant experience. It was a pleasant, clean, park without the problematic folks that give some parks a bad reputation. I felt very safe knowing that the on-site managers were watching out for everyone's property. The sites are not fancy, but have all the basic utilities. And they have some nice community amenities as well with laundry, showers, a kitchen and a clubhouse. If I have any opportunity to work in Bryan again, I would choose this spot first.

Overall people kept to themselves, but there were some occupants that made it not very family friendly/welcoming. It's a fine place for one or two nights.
