The park is clean and very well kept. Bathrooms and showers are spotless and well stocked. There is a nice lounge with TVs and sofas connected to the office. There's also a small store with a few supplies. In the middle area, there's a nice shower house with laundry, workout room and a small are to play games or do puzzles. Our two favorite things at this park are the swimming pool/hot tub and the huge dog runs. The park is gated, has daily trash pick up and is close to just about everything in BCS.

While I am not a guest, they treated me as though I am. They allowed and even assisted me with dumping my waste tanks ($10), allowed me to do my laundry onsite ($1.50 wash/dry), let me grab a warm shower (free) and let me utilize their large rec room while I waited for my laundry to finish. They even said I was free to use their kitchen if I wanted to make myself some lunch! Talk about service!! This really is a cute RV park with all the comforts. Better yet, it's clean and well taken care of. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay near College Station. Whether it be short-term, long-term, or just to utilize their facilities, you will not be disappointed. Oh! And they have a propane filling station too!!

Since I've been here I've had one manager pocket $1500 in rent that I paid. went through a full month of having to provide owners and sheriffs department with proof of my receipts multiple times because the couldn't seem to keep track of the copies I gave them aka wanted me to pay it again. The current manager isn't as bad but has informed me that the park has sold and my rv isn't new enough to stay. I do have an 1989 rv but it has been completely remodeled on the inside and puts half the rigs in the lot to shame. They send out emails constantly begging people to pay their rent But give someone two weeks to move their rig who hasn't been late on rent or electricity in 9 months. They advertise wifi but it's horrible If you even get it. I tried the laundry facility twice all it did was steal my money. The amenities they offer are physically here but only so they can offer them not actually use lol. This place is a polished turd at best But thinks it's the ritz.

Manager WAS polite and professional for the beginning of the transition but with time and changes came along with the RV Park, her attitude and care for residents has changed for an unpleasant ending with Oak Haven. I have yet waited for some time to hear back from owners, per managers response and I would continuously and make countless efforts of getting a direct answer.( Billing Activity Ive been overcharged and I've always made my monthly payments)I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH OAK HAVEN. It was a pleasant, clean, park without the problematic folks that give some parks a bad reputation. I felt very safe knowing that the on-site managers were watching out for everyone's property. The sites are not fancy, but have all the basic utilities. And they have some nice community amenities as well with laundry, showers, a kitchen and a clubhouse. If I have any opportunity to work in Bryan again, I would choose this spot first.

BCS Mario Road Rv was the first park we came into here in Bryan. My husband and I had been traveling all day we were tired emotionally drained and just wanting to park our trailer somewhere get his paper check cashed and relax the rest of the day well they had other plans for us. ( go read my review on their Yelp page to much to write here) I had contacted several rv parks here in Bryan no one could accommodate what we needed until I found Steep Hollow! Boy they just welcomed myself and my husband like they had known us for years, they let us park and set up our trailer without payment until we got our check cashed ( review at Mario road rv explains more on that). The owner Bill extremely nice guy, and the husband and wife that run the park just as nice. Free laundry, they have a club house, a full kitchen so you don't have to heat up your rv with your oven on, very friendly atmosphere. Stay here if you want a pleasant experience. A high % of the residents appear to be permanent and maintain their RV's to an acceptable standard. We come here each year for 3 months to be with family at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The negative reviews do not reflect our experience at this park since 2017 - 2025. We would not return if our experience at the park was not topnotch. We agree with Macs R W review. There very occasional noisy parties that are over by midnight.

Past that it is very tightly spaced and easily 90 percent of the spots are heavy long term stays; ie campers in no condition or be moved weather it's flat tires, structural damage, or permanent decking and skirting. Our cable never worked even testing it by plugging direct from box to tv. Turns out all our neighbors had the same issue. Overall people kept to themselves, but there were some occupants that made it not very family friendly/welcoming. It's a fine place for one or two nights.
