I had a key that had fallen off of my keychain for my car and could not find it Anywhere! It was getting dark and my last resort was to call Pop-A-Lock. The gentleman ? Chris?..told me it would be over an hour before he gets there. Which Bryan lake is very close to Bryan, Texas. It was far later before he was there. But this is the main issue, I had been sitting in my car with my dog. That is a miniature dachshund. My miniature dachshund is very prone to epileptical seizures. I eventually rolled up my windows And kept the door open slightly. .. because I was getting a little skittish since it was dark and there were no lights out at Bryan lake. And no one was around! The dog was beside me. The Pop-A-Lock technician finally arrives and I get out of the car to talk to him unbeknownst to me he took it upon himself and locked my car doors all four of them and my miniature dachshund was inside with the windows rolled up! I became upset and said" why did you lock the car door when it was already unlocked?" And "I have a miniature dachshund inside and it's too hot for her to be in there. Plus she has seizures!!" He acted like nothing I say even mattered nor did he hear me! He was completely oblivious to the fact!! I called to speak to one of the main managers. His name was Oliver something another and he was completely unsympathetic did not care. I even mentioned that maybe the man was drinking and did not even think about asking me about my dog. After me explaining to him that I just got done walking her, he lit into me and said "he does not drink!!" I said how do you know he doesn't drink? He must be a friend of yours or something?? He stated. No, he's no friend of mine! Which again makes me wonder then why are you offending him?? And not caring to what I had to say about this! I was very happy and was willing to pay what I needed to pay to get myself out of that situation. But this whole situation that he put me unde, this technician and as well as his manager Oliver whatever his name is was completely unethical!! This is not the way you run a business, I am in customer service and have been for many years. Walked in and had no wait time, took my keys and about 20 minutes later I was ready to go and told me I had a small puncture wound. Was all under 15 bucks and off we went. The staff is very friendly, they also have an awesome inside with grill guards, bumpers, lights, tires, wheels, and a variety of other custom accessories. Will def be going back here for any tire/wheel/lift ideas I come up with!

I paid $100+ on April 24th to have an alignment done to my car. I was advised by BCS Tires that I…read moreneeded new tires before the alignment could be completed. I purchased the tires without hesitation. By May 21st I was stranded on the side of the road due to a flat tire. I paid $130 for a tow truck to the nearest Discount Tire. Under further inspection, my back tires were extremely worn down. Discount Tire explained to me that the wear on the wheels were because of the misalignment. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY BCS TIRES ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE OFF OF THEIR LOT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THAT NOT ONLY THE FRONT TIRES WERE BAD, BUT ALSO THE BACK TIRES. I quickly returned to BCS Tires so they could fulfill the 6 month warranty that was perviously promised. They wrote down several other things they saw were wrong with the car. I was then told that they were going to realign my vehicle free of charge since it had not even been a complete month since the initial alignment. I then drove to Brake Check to price check the things BCS Tires had previously quoted. They were surprised to see that it looked like no alignment had been done to my car. I then paid $100 for Brake Check to complete the alignment THE CORRECT WAY. After the alignment was completed, I drove to BCS Tires so they could explain to me why nothing seemed to be aligned. They proceeded to tell me that no work was done to the car since they saw new damage to the vehicle and that cancels the warranty. I spoke with several employees, and an older caucasian man who wore a blue button up (seemed to be the manager). I told them I wanted some sort of refund since they were UNABLE TO PULL UP ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS EVER DONE CORRECTLY. I was then passed onto a gentleman named Chris WHICH DID NOT EVEN WORK AT THE SHOP AT ALL. HE WAS JUST A FRIEND THAT WAS JUST HANGING OUT IN THE BACK. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY BLAMED THE ENTIRE SITUATION ON A POOR GENTLEMAN NAMED JOSE AND DID NOT TRY TO PLEASE ME IN ANY WAY!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS
