But in the back of my mind, I know how this works and figured I would have to get involved. Not only did I never have to get involved, but they processed two large supplements and communicated with Enterprise, plus updated me on the progress. The vehicle looks great! It took weeks just to receive a quote. 2. When she picked up the vehicle, panels and flares were still loose. 3. She had to wait an additional three hours for them to correct the issue. 4. The pre-collision warning was still active -- something they apparently did not check or notice while moving the car around their shop. 5. We were told the sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. When she came home this weekend, I had the vehicle reassessed elsewhere. The issue? The sensor simply needed to be reprogrammed -- total cost: $150. Very disappointing experience overall. Consider this a lesson learned on our end, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with their vehicle.
