THE BEST SERVICE FOR THE BEST PRICE! Kassem and his staff are extremely helpful. Brought my car in Monday, ordered the part, called me Thursday, when the part was ready and in a few hours it was good as new. Very reasonably priced!! Can't recommend them enough. read more

I brought my car in, and they only fixed the original problem from last week -- which I already paid for in full. They refused to even give me a receipt for what I already paid. On top of that, the hose connected to my radiator was messed up after the repair, and now all the coolant leaks out onto the engine, causing it to steam/smoke and make the A/C cut out. When I called to ask if there was any chance they caused the damage, the owner cussed me out, got defensive, refused to have a normal adult conversation, hung up on me, and even blocked me. After that, they were holding my car hostage. It had been 3 days, and they told me, "I'm not giving you the car back until you pay me." For what? I already paid for the original issue and never even got a receipt. They failed to provide the insurance company with what they needed in order to be paid in full. I had to do all of the work myself to make sure they got paid so that they would finally release the car to me. When I confirmed that they received their payment, I went to the shop asking to pickup my car, the owner refused to give me the keys saying "I'm never giving you your car back again" even though everything was already paid in full. He threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave but I told him I wouldn't leave until I got the car, because ultimately they no longer had the right to hold it. In that instant, the owner came up to me, grabbed me, and tried tackling me to the ground. Not only did he put his hands on me but 2 other savage animals infested with rabies came and wrapped their arms around me and swung me around violently. They eventually threw me out of the shop so I immediately called 911. As I was waiting for them to arrive, the owner opened the door and stepped outside screaming at me to leave. I refused because the officer had just shown up. In the result of my refusal, the owner ONCE AGAIN put his hands on me and pushed me in which the officer eventually came over to break up the commotion. Once everything was disputed with the police, they did the right thing and forced the owner to release the car and give it to me. I wouldn't suggest this shop to anyone unless you're are fully up for dealing with scamming, fraud, physical and verbal abuse, as well as a shady atmosphere that encourages you to not use insurance, holds your car with no legal right, denies having surveillance of anything, and refuses to give you a receipt. It is only right for this company to be terminated for the sake of the community. read more

super helpful and considerate of my time! came in right before close and were able to see and take care of a minor issue the next morning!

Best auto repair shop in the Bryan/college station area. Owner is a really good person who will actually help you. A genuine and helpful business like this is hard to come by. I will definitely only be going to them for any truck issues that I have come up. read more

Great price, honest quotes, but the best part is the service. They do what they say they'll do and explain in detail what they're doing. Kassem Said is helpful and easy to talk to. My family has had 4 vehicles repaired there and have had great results. read more

Wonderful service and expert work at a bargain price. The owner went way out of his way for me, and while I was there, I watched him do the same for other customers. I wish every business operated with this kind of integrity. read more

As a parent of a college student, it is stressful enough to know your child has had an accident and you can't be there at that moment to get them through the initial shock and fear, but that you can't be there to help find the best body shop. Allstate is our insurance company and I would give them and their adjusters 5 stars as well because they pointed me in the direction of Bryan Auto Body and assured me I would be more than please with the work, and more so, with the ethics. They were RIGHT! When dealing with Body Shops, one never really knows if they're dealing with a business that puts customers over cash and who puts repair parts/quality over profit. It's scary. I went with the recommendations of our adjusters and I can't tell you how blessed we were! We sent our daughter's car over to Kassem and not only did he do and EXTRAORDINARY job, he fought for insurance to cover additional repairs needed that were not seen during the initial adjustments. He stayed in regular contact with she and with myself and he worked hard to make sure we could afford the repairs. Kassem has a daughter in college and understands the stresses I mentioned above. He guarantees his work and has an EXCELLENT and WELL EARNED reputation in College Station and Bryan. Since her accident, she has returned to have adjustments made to her brakes, she has his cell number, and he has made it clear to us that whatever she needs, she can reach out to him. In college towns, parents have to worry that in their absence, our kiddos will be taken advantage of because we aren't there, we are having to trust a voice over the phone, we aren't able to inspect the work first hand, and we know our kids don't know the "game" that so many play .... bilking parents out of unnecessary cash and high fees for low end parts and shoddy service.. (cough cough christian brothers in College Station... buyer be warned.. a cautionary tale for another day). Kassem at Bryan Auto Body removes all of those worries and you'll send everyone you know to him. Fun Fact, I just returned home for a work trip yesterday to find that my husband wrecked my car. We live outside of Houston. Allstate will be towing my BMW to Bryan Auto Body, 94 miles from me, to put it in Kassem trusted hands for the needed repairs. Yes, I am a fan! A HUGE fan! I highly strongly proudly suggest you turn to Kassem first. If your insurance tries to say that his shop is not a "preferred member".. don't let them push you to one of their choices! You pay for your insurance and it's your consumer right to choose your own body shop. Tell them you CHOOSE BRYAN AUTO BODY and leave the rest up to Kassem and his group! You and/or your kiddo if you have one there, will be in the BEST HANDS POSSIBLE! read more

Good body shop, owner was helpful and explained everything. Work was good except they forgot hubcaps... i went back and they were installed immediately read more

Synopsis: very friendly, efficient staff; outstanding craftsmanship; a beautifully washed and waxed car; meticulous cleaning of car interior. Tremendously efficient and welcoming Kim knows how to handle a multiple line phone system, customers, payments, and everything else. I made the appointment, sent in the estimate, parts were ordered that day, and she even offered to arrange for a rental car. Outstanding craftsmanship on the repair, well beyond what I expected. The interior of the car was meticulously cleaned, including removal of a large amount of dog hair. Hard plastic interior surfaces never looked so good. The exterior had been washed and waxed. Kassem Said was marvelous to do business with. Highly recommended. read more

I would actually do 4.5 Stars. I had work performed Jan 2015 and they did a wonderful job! They were the first place I got quoted from and ended up being in the middle range for pricing. However the owner, Kassem Said clearly explained everything on the quote, quoted reasonable labor hours (so you won't get duped later), and provided alternative options to better fit my budget. They even went above and beyond and fixed a couple other minor things (straightened out my crooked license plate and fixed my seat covers that were coming off) that hadn't been agreed on and still charged me the original quoted price. Thanks a bunch! And he made all my repairs in a very reasonable time frame. I didn't feel like they rushed through things but also they weren't sitting on the job hoping to charge more labor hours later for it. His workers were diligently working every time I stopped by (which wasn't the case for another place I had gotten a quote from). They answered the phone every time I called (again wasn't the case with other shops). They even offered me bottled water while I was there. They were very attentive to their customer service which is always appreciated!! Great Job Bryan Auto Body, I will definitely use you in the future! read more

Kassem is an incredible business owner. He takes care of his customers despite the red tape that insurance companies love to supply us with (State Farm- don't get me started) He treats the Aggie kids as his own and that's very comforting when mom is far away! They do an incredible job and even though he's in Bryan , that's the first place I will take my other vehicles to - should they ever need body work done. read more

They installed car body parts and some brake components, but none of them are clean. The front bumper now has gaps and shakes, requiring refitting. My brake was ruined because they don't know how to properly install off-market parts. They intentionally install them poorly and then laugh at you. They may seem innocent, but their work is far from expert-level. They can handle basic repairs like fixing a bullock cart, but don't expect precise, high-quality work comparable to a sophisticated factory level. People praise them because they offer a small discount of $10 or $20 when paying in cash. If you're looking for subpar work or OEM parts (which they don't actually install but suggest for their own commission), then you can go there, but be prepared for poor quality with gaps, shaking plastic, and imperfect fit. They are not skilled in that area and may permanently damage your car. They push for OEM parts to make extra money, as they charged me $200 for a job that should have cost $170, and when I brought my own parts, they still increased the price. Instead, I went elsewhere and had the job done for $150 with better quality. They also failed to fix the issue with my car because they had no clue what was wrong. They only made random guesses and estimated an $800 repair, whereas it was fixed for $63 at another place. So, if you value your good car and want to avoid turning it into a bullock cart, don't waste your time here for the small discount they offer. I'm uncertain if they have high-quality machinery for fixing and calibrating cars. Never going back to this place for saving $20 and ruining 10,000$ car. Stay away. read more

Just read the other reviews, they are true. Kaseem has been great both times I've used Bryan Auto Body. Both instances Kaseem saved me money and maybe more important, my vehicle was ready sooner than I expected! Highly recommend, five thumbs up, "gig'em" read more

My husband first visited Bryan Auto Body to receive a quote on our 2015 Toyota Corolla S that was involved in an accident. This body shop was one of a few that he visited. This body shop was recommended to us by the Toyota dealer here in College Station as they take many of their cars there to be worked on. Kaseem, the owner of Bryan Auto Body, was very nice and explained what exactly he would need to do to work on the car. When we decided to give him our car to work on he kept every promise and repaired our car in a timely manner. He answered any and all questions we had throughout the process. He encouraged us to ask questions and was very patient with us. He worked with our insurance company and got us the best deal possible. He is a very reliable, friendly, and courteous person and I am so glad I found a place I can trust for all of my car needs! read more

I absolutely recommend anyone in the Bryan/College Station area to go to Bryan Auto Body. I'm a college student and was rear ended 2 times in less than 2 months. They not only helped me find a tow service both times but also fixed my car beautifully the first time. When my car was totaled the second time they worked with me on my school and work schedule to pick up my belongs from the car. This place not only helps but is very nice. I say again, I strongly recommend Bryan Auto Body!!!! read more

I highly recommend Bryan Auto Body. My 10 year old Toyota Rav 4 was rear ended and thankfully I took it to their Bryan location. They repaired some body work and repainted the entire rear door. It looks fantastic! I was more than impressed as they exceeded my expectations! I honestly didn't know my car could look so new. read more

I have now had two cars repaired at this body shop I will not hesitate at all to bring a third. one of them was a nice 2020 truck with hail damage and the other was a nice sports car that had some minor damage. the services for a fast and friendly they worked well with my insurance companies on one of the projects, and worked extremely well with me as an individual on another. again I will not hesitate to use this body shop for all my future needs going forward. read more

My daughter needed a repair to her car. The work done here was done well and the staff were good at explaining what they were going to do. The car was ready when they said it would be and we are both glad we found this place. Give these guys a chance--they are easy to work with, do good work and are reasonably priced! read more

From the estimate through the repair Bryan Auto Body was professional, thorough and they did an awesome job! I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do I know where I will go! After I got the check from the insurance company I called to schedule the repair. Kassem asked about rental arrangements with the insurance company and offered to set it up for us and have the car on premises when we dropped of our vehicle. He further took the time to explain the process for the repair, how long it might take AND how the rental would work with regard to paperwork, deposit etc... We were told 4 or 5 days on the repair but they got it done in 3. The rear door was replaced and painted completely. The paint match is amazing! You can't tell where the factory paint is and the new paint begins! I could not be happier with a body shop repair! Everyone there was professional, helpful and courteous. Who can ask for more? Under time on the repair, the job was amazing and the cost matched the estimate! Thanks!! read more

The whole process of getting my car repaired was as delightful as it could be. Treated well and my car came out to satisfaction. The owner even said if there were any issues, just bring it back. Also, Aggies are given $100 off their deductible. I would recommend this shop to those in need of repairs. read more
