I brought my car in, and they only fixed the original problem from last week -- which I already paid for in full. They refused to even give me a receipt for what I already paid. On top of that, the hose connected to my radiator was messed up after the repair, and now all the coolant leaks out onto the engine, causing it to steam/smoke and make the A/C cut out. When I called to ask if there was any chance they caused the damage, the owner cussed me out, got defensive, refused to have a normal adult conversation, hung up on me, and even blocked me. After that, they were holding my car hostage. It had been 3 days, and they told me, "I'm not giving you the car back until you pay me." For what? I already paid for the original issue and never even got a receipt. They failed to provide the insurance company with what they needed in order to be paid in full. I had to do all of the work myself to make sure they got paid so that they would finally release the car to me. When I confirmed that they received their payment, I went to the shop asking to pickup my car, the owner refused to give me the keys saying "I'm never giving you your car back again" even though everything was already paid in full. He threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave but I told him I wouldn't leave until I got the car, because ultimately they no longer had the right to hold it. In that instant, the owner came up to me, grabbed me, and tried tackling me to the ground. Not only did he put his hands on me but 2 other savage animals infested with rabies came and wrapped their arms around me and swung me around violently. They eventually threw me out of the shop so I immediately called 911. As I was waiting for them to arrive, the owner opened the door and stepped outside screaming at me to leave. I refused because the officer had just shown up. In the result of my refusal, the owner ONCE AGAIN put his hands on me and pushed me in which the officer eventually came over to break up the commotion. Once everything was disputed with the police, they did the right thing and forced the owner to release the car and give it to me. I wouldn't suggest this shop to anyone unless you're are fully up for dealing with scamming, fraud, physical and verbal abuse, as well as a shady atmosphere that encourages you to not use insurance, holds your car with no legal right, denies having surveillance of anything, and refuses to give you a receipt. It is only right for this company to be terminated for the sake of the community. read more

As a parent of a college student, it is stressful enough to know your child has had an accident and you can't be there at that moment to get them through the initial shock and fear, but that you can't be there to help find the best body shop. Allstate is our insurance company and I would give them and their adjusters 5 stars as well because they pointed me in the direction of Bryan Auto Body and assured me I would be more than please with the work, and more so, with the ethics. They were RIGHT! When dealing with Body Shops, one never really knows if they're dealing with a business that puts customers over cash and who puts repair parts/quality over profit. It's scary. I went with the recommendations of our adjusters and I can't tell you how blessed we were! We sent our daughter's car over to Kassem and not only did he do and EXTRAORDINARY job, he fought for insurance to cover additional repairs needed that were not seen during the initial adjustments. He stayed in regular contact with she and with myself and he worked hard to make sure we could afford the repairs. Kassem has a daughter in college and understands the stresses I mentioned above. He guarantees his work and has an EXCELLENT and WELL EARNED reputation in College Station and Bryan. Since her accident, she has returned to have adjustments made to her brakes, she has his cell number, and he has made it clear to us that whatever she needs, she can reach out to him. In college towns, parents have to worry that in their absence, our kiddos will be taken advantage of because we aren't there, we are having to trust a voice over the phone, we aren't able to inspect the work first hand, and we know our kids don't know the "game" that so many play .... bilking parents out of unnecessary cash and high fees for low end parts and shoddy service.. (cough cough christian brothers in College Station... buyer be warned.. a cautionary tale for another day). Synopsis: very friendly, efficient staff; outstanding craftsmanship; a beautifully washed and waxed car; meticulous cleaning of car interior. Tremendously efficient and welcoming Kim knows how to handle a multiple line phone system, customers, payments, and everything else. I made the appointment, sent in the estimate, parts were ordered that day, and she even offered to arrange for a rental car. Outstanding craftsmanship on the repair, well beyond what I expected. The interior of the car was meticulously cleaned, including removal of a large amount of dog hair. Hard plastic interior surfaces never looked so good. The exterior had been washed and waxed. They installed car body parts and some brake components, but none of them are clean. The front bumper now has gaps and shakes, requiring refitting. My brake was ruined because they don't know how to properly install off-market parts. They intentionally install them poorly and then laugh at you. They may seem innocent, but their work is far from expert-level. They can handle basic repairs like fixing a bullock cart, but don't expect precise, high-quality work comparable to a sophisticated factory level. People praise them because they offer a small discount of $10 or $20 when paying in cash. If you're looking for subpar work or OEM parts (which they don't actually install but suggest for their own commission), then you can go there, but be prepared for poor quality with gaps, shaking plastic, and imperfect fit. They are not skilled in that area and may permanently damage your car. They push for OEM parts to make extra money, as they charged me $200 for a job that should have cost $170, and when I brought my own parts, they still increased the price. Instead, I went elsewhere and had the job done for $150 with better quality. They also failed to fix the issue with my car because they had no clue what was wrong. They only made random guesses and estimated an $800 repair, whereas it was fixed for $63 at another place. So, if you value your good car and want to avoid turning it into a bullock cart, don't waste your time here for the small discount they offer. I'm uncertain if they have high-quality machinery for fixing and calibrating cars. Never going back to this place for saving $20 and ruining 10,000$ car. Stay away. read more

I would actually do 4.5 Stars. I had work performed Jan 2015 and they did a wonderful job! They were the first place I got quoted from and ended up being in the middle range for pricing. However the owner, Kassem Said clearly explained everything on the quote, quoted reasonable labor hours (so you won't get duped later), and provided alternative options to better fit my budget. They even went above and beyond and fixed a couple other minor things (straightened out my crooked license plate and fixed my seat covers that were coming off) that hadn't been agreed on and still charged me the original quoted price. Thanks a bunch! And he made all my repairs in a very reasonable time frame. I didn't feel like they rushed through things but also they weren't sitting on the job hoping to charge more labor hours later for it. His workers were diligently working every time I stopped by (which wasn't the case for another place I had gotten a quote from). They answered the phone every time I called (again wasn't the case with other shops). They even offered me bottled water while I was there. My husband first visited Bryan Auto Body to receive a quote on our 2015 Toyota Corolla S that was involved in an accident. This body shop was one of a few that he visited. This body shop was recommended to us by the Toyota dealer here in College Station as they take many of their cars there to be worked on. Kaseem, the owner of Bryan Auto Body, was very nice and explained what exactly he would need to do to work on the car. When we decided to give him our car to work on he kept every promise and repaired our car in a timely manner. He answered any and all questions we had throughout the process. He encouraged us to ask questions and was very patient with us. He worked with our insurance company and got us the best deal possible. From the estimate through the repair Bryan Auto Body was professional, thorough and they did an awesome job! I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do I know where I will go! After I got the check from the insurance company I called to schedule the repair. Kassem asked about rental arrangements with the insurance company and offered to set it up for us and have the car on premises when we dropped of our vehicle. He further took the time to explain the process for the repair, how long it might take AND how the rental would work with regard to paperwork, deposit etc... We were told 4 or 5 days on the repair but they got it done in 3. The rear door was replaced and painted completely. The paint match is amazing! You can't tell where the factory paint is and the new paint begins! I could not be happier with a body shop repair! Everyone there was professional, helpful and courteous. Who can ask for more?
