Second. Because it was an axle issue, they had to do an alignment. That was the SHITTIEST alignment I've ever had. My steering wheel was legit cock-eyed. I actually took it to my normal mechanic, who showed me on the dyna HOW BAD IT WAS. To this day, it still sit slightly at the 1 position, which is still much better than the previous 9. But. Overall, I'd be pissed more if insurance hadn't paid for it.
