The pre-collision warning was still active -- something they apparently did not check or notice while moving the car around their shop. 5. We were told the sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. When she came home this weekend, I had the vehicle reassessed elsewhere. The issue? The sensor simply needed to be reprogrammed -- total cost: $150. Very disappointing experience overall. Consider this a lesson learned on our end, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with their vehicle.
