Customer service was excellent. Alicia B and the other guys are nice. She was on top of the repairs at all times. Kept us updated about what all was done on certain days and what all needed to be done. The date due for pick up was September 29th and it was exactly that day when the car was ready. Will recommend to anyone need a good place for collision repair. Thank you read more

Hit an animal in my 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee L and my insurance only works with caliber. Left side little fender bender. They fixed the side and within a matter of days a left light issue light came across my dash, after multiple trips back in over the course of a month or two I've lost count.. it was supposedly all replaced and good to go. Except it wasn't the light is still not working on and off and the message is still coming across my dash. Call back and I'm told they will contact my insurance because it must not be related. Mins you this never came across my dash or wasn't working properly until after caliber touched it. So now I get the headache of also calling my insurance and trying to fight this. You got my deductible plus insurance payout and I have a car that is now throwing a light issue when it didn't even do that after the accident. And I was so understanding and nice through the back and fourth with it but nice and understanding has gotten me nowhere read more

Got a smashed rear bumper on a nearly new car. Wanted a quality repair to restore like new. Had a friend recommend Caliber. Took a full week for the repair and was somewhat higher than original estimate, but there was quite a bit of damage that wasn't obvious until the bumper was pulled. Long story short, I was very pleased with the final product. Marcos was a great help and thorough knowledgeable professional to work with through this process. Highly recommend him and this shop! read more

The one star is for Ethan's people skills. Very hospitable. However this particular shop has technicians that worked on my truck here to fix a chip in my paint and small dent from an accident but broke more than what they fixed. I have a mirror that doesn't function the way it did when I brought it in, a rain visor that got broke in half, and my windows work well now after they had to fix a mistake they made that caused them to not roll up or down. Again, great people skills but not so good at what we expect from a body shop. ***So update on this one. Definitely had a great experience with Caliber. They righted all wrongs and did so with dedication and hospitality. Thanks for helping my truck Caliber! I would definitely recommend this as a great body shop.*** read more

Avoid this shop if possible. It is a terrible terrible repair shop. Repaired my car with shop as it was recommended by the insurance company. After the repair, there is a crack on my windshield. They not only denied they caused it and refused to repair it for me. They were also very rude and I was treated terribly. Not to mention the burnt seatbelt. They promised that they would contact me and never did so. I would never use this shop ever again. read more

I took my car to Caliber Collision in Bryan Tx and right from the start as I was speaking with Nicole, I immediately was put as ease. Amir was the Service Advisor I worked with and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated through the entire process. I picked up my car today and it looks absolutely Beautiful!!! When they say "Get you back to pre-accident condition" they mean it! Cannot recommend Caliber, Amir and Nicole for everything!! read more

I had a vehicle accident on March 2nd. Did a quick search on Google for some Reviews about body shops. The one with one of the best reviews was Caliber Collision in Bryan. Wrecker picked it up and took it there. Was told it would be about 30 days (yes it was a mess) had no problem with that. The man I talked to there was named Imir Harini. If I could give 50 stars just for him I would. I told him I was having a knee replacement the end of the month so wouldn't be driving anyway. Bless his heart...... he was worried about me getting in a vehicle from the hospital and got my Murano finished in record time. It's ready this afternoon after 4. If my math is correct that's 13 days. WOW!!!! This is customer service to the MAX. Now this is the one in Bryan not CS. Imir is not the only Rock Star there though. Nianza who answers the phone calls is soooooo sweet and the guys working on my SUV have all worked together to get this done. My sincerest thanks to all and I will be sending folks to Caliber when they ask. Thanks again to a great team Geneva Barron-Johnson read more

Horrible customer service. We went to try and get our car fixed. Talked to the lady who said we had to write an email. Well we did that. Never got a response called to check and see if they received the email and apparently the guy that does the estimate is never in the office. Called the lady and she hung up on us. Avoid this place please ! I made just account just to Write this just so y'all don't waste your time ! read more

Hit a deer with our Lexus and Everyone was professional and kept me updated. No worries with these guys

This is a USAA certified shop. Quick turnaround. My daughter's car was in and out during a very stressful hectic time in the area due to hurricane harvey. Logistical lines were disrupted but the team at Caliber Collision performed superbly. Bryan and Nicole are superstar professionals. The intake process was quick and efficient. Nicole promptly inprocessed my daughter's vehicle and worked with me to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. Bryan was very responsive, accommodating, and resourceful. He explained to me the process and made me feel at ease. Bryan and Nicole were very personable. Excellent customer service skills which is a very big deal for me. Great job repairing the vehicle. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Center in Bryan Texas to everyone. THANK YOU Nicole and Bryan. read more

The people here are amazingly nice! Car ended up getting totaled by the insurance company, but they gave me updates every few days and even helped me move everything from my car when I went out there. Super nice and will use again in the future (but hopefully I don't have to!! Lol) read more

I went here for my very first collision repair on an insurance claim. Brad, who does State Farm claims, was very good at explaining the claim process. When he did the pre-estimate, he explained exactly what needed to be done for the repair and his estimate was overall a better value for what State Farm would pay for, as opposed to other car shops. When it came time to actually take the car in for the repairs, Brad left messages updating me on the repairs. The job was also done a day earlier than he estimated. The car looked great afterward. I did get a warranty for the repairs. While there were a few issues, Brad personally resolved them which showed great care for the customer and a willingness to "go above and beyond". This location is clean and comfortable. I did not have to wait as often or as long as at other repair shops to be served. read more

Whoever Robbie is clearly doesn't know how to do his job. Takes pics of my car one day then two weeks later he claims he lost them and demands an explanation from ME. Unbelievable and unprofessional service. read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Two months ago I went to Caliber Collision with a broken side view mirror and an insurance claim number from the party at fault. They took photos, submitted a quote to insurance company, and told me they would call me. They never called. Whenever would I call them I get to play phone tag for 1/2 an hour, only to be told I will be called back. They never call back. Time rolls on.. I do get a call, from the insurance company, wondering why this issue hasn't been resolved yet. So I make another trip to Caliber Collision. I tell them about my problems getting an appointment set for repair, double check they have my phone number and all the correct insurance info. They tell me the insurance needs more photos (lie), so they take the photos, refuse to schedule a repair date and tell me they will call me.. Guess what? Weeks later still not one call from Caliber Collision. Insurance has called me at least 5 times trying to be helpful and wanting to know why my claim is still open. I don't know about about the folks over at Caliber Collision, but I have to work for a living and my time = money. I have no more time and money to invest in dealing with this non-repair center. I will buy the mirror and replace it myself, maybe the insurance will reimburse me, maybe not but at least I won't have to deal with this horrible company! Thanks for NOTHING. read more

I was refered to Caliber Collision by Farmers insurance. My vehicle was involved in a crash. They did a wonderful job of fixing my vehicle in an extremely fast manner. When I went to pick up my truck they had not only fixed it but detailed it inside and out. This was above and beyond what I expected. read more

Our daughter goes to Texas A&M and we live in the metro Houston area. She had a wreck while at school and we were lucky enough to have found Caliber to do her repairs. Being in a different city was tough on us, but they were great! From day one, the staff couldn't be more helpful! We worked with Cale who was simply wonderful throughout the process. He updated me with the progress on almost a daily basis and worked very hard on saving us money (we paid outright vs going through insurance) where he could. We couldn't be happier with the service and work. Plus, at Caliber it's a lifetime guarantee that she can take to any of the multiple locations of Caliber in this area. Thanks Cale and Caliber! read more

USAA (5 stars for them) suggested that I take my car there and mentioned that they stand by their work. Here's what has happened...so far: I have a Jetta, recent model about 20k miles. Previously flawless paint and wheels. The original damage was to the door and it was my own fault; the door was bent open too far and it damaged the hinges and door frame so much so that they needed to be replaced. They took my car, gave me an estimate for $1100, and said it would be finished in about a week. I told them that it wasn't a problem and to keep the car for as long as it took to get it repaired. When I picked up the car...the first time...here's what I found (obvious stuff): 1) The door was on crooked (they fixed this) 2) The paint on inside of the door was rough and had dirt in it 3) They broke and did not repair the switch bezel for the trunk/fuel door 4) The headlights no longer self adjusted 5) There was still a dent in the fender 6) The door whistles above 40mph. I called my liaison at Caliber and told them what I saw and (to their credit) without any fuss, took the car back to fix the problems. When I picked it up the second time, it was a disaster: 1) THEY SCRATCHED THE $#!% OUT OF MY WHEELS and then gave them some kind of crappy repair to try and cover it up. It looks like GARBAGE. They sanded the lip over where they scratched it. Fortunately, I have pictures that I took in their parking lot on the day that I dropped it off that clearly show the rims without the damage. 2) There is paint overspray all over the car, inside and out (all over the dashboard) 3) There are deep grooves in the paint on the fender where they didn't bother to properly finish the paint work 4) The door still whistles and now I understand why; the weather stripping is torn along the bottom of the door and the door sill weather stripping is ripped 5) The switch bezel was simply glued in place, still broken and still crooked. Only now, the trunk switch is full of glue and barely works 6) I have a nice glue thumbprint inside the car 7) The pen-stripes are on crooked. The only thing that they got right the second time around was the headlights. They work again. This is still unresolved. Even the repairs that they did correctly looks terrible. The door skin was creased in the accident. Instead of replacing it, they ran it through what I can only guess was an english wheel. But they did a terrible job because you can see the roller marks through the paint. For all of this, they charged USAA $2100 and me $500 for a total of $2600. I'd rather have had them use a used door and fender (white jettas are everywhere) and just put my window and inner door panel on it. It would have saved USAA money, they wouldn't have had to paint anything. I may end up doing all of that myself. I'm never going back there. They had a chance to fix a few minor things and ended up making it much much worse. And what's worse, they tried to hide the damage they caused instead of just telling me about it up front. That's bull$#!%. read more

I got my car repaired here the other day after a fender bender turned out to be a little more serious than I had originally thought. The team at caliber could not have made it easier or more clear for me AND the person who I hit. I really appreciate that they walked us through every step of the way from how to call and make the claim to picking it up earlier than expected! I'm glad that I had them looking out for me as I figured everything out on my own for the first time. Caliber Collision is one of those businesses that you hope you never have to use, but when you do, you're glad that they are there! Thanks again :) read more

Can't even tell there was an accident. I l love that they worked directly with USAA, so that I didn't have to be a middle man. Brian provided excellent service and insight, and kept me informed every step of the way. He took some leave during my repair, but the person who replaced him was well-informed. Only taking off a star for the total repair taking 5 days longer than expected. read more

Highly recommend. From the beginning I was told it could take 2-3 days for the job to be completed. However, my car was ready the same day it was dropped off. They worked directly with my insurance company, making the process super easy. I'm very satisfied with the result. read more

Today I went to get a free estimate for a fender bender. The receptionist, Nicole, welcomed me and offered a bottle of water as she took down my information. She explained that they normally just schedule appointments, but Nicole and the team were able to accommodate me. She alerted Billy D. , the advisor, who was polite and looked at my car with me. After assessing the damage, Brian gave me a printed estimate and explained each charge for labor and materials. Overall great quality service! read more

I had Caliber do body work on my 2001 Mercedes after getting rear-ended. The experience was great and I highly recommend them. Caliber was able to repair a quarter panel with serious damage without replacing it with new parts, which probably saved my car from being totaled. They are thorough and did an amazing job making the car look good as new. Caliber even detailed the interior and buffed out scratches that were unrelated to the accident claim, which was above and beyond what they had to do. Scott was great about communicating everything with me throughout the process and they finished the repair sooner than expected by doing painting on weekends. I was referred to Caliber by several friends who were also very pleased with their work, so you can count on them consistently doing a great job. read more

Less than a month after picking the vehicle (20-yr old daughter's) up, two lug nuts fell off the same tire that they had to replace. Had to replace them with my own money, could have been a lot worse if more had come off. Never go here if you want to be safe. read more

Brian and his team fixed my truck after it got rear-ended. They pulled out my bumper, replaced a taillight, painted the scratches, and got a replacement part for a piece of plastic that was missing behind my bumper that I didn't even notice. And they washed it inside and out! This was done all in one day--I dropped my truck off at 8am and then got it back by 5pm. What a fast and detailed team with stellar customer service. I had my car repaired by Caliber as part of a USAA insurance claim. I rear ended another vehicle -- totally my fault -- and Caliber was recommended to me by the insurance company. They did a good job keeping in touch with me throughout the process. (The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took them awhile to communicate with me at first. They said they had the wrong number, but didn't make an immediate attempt to find my number. Once they had it, though, they called and gave me regular updates). The repairs took about 2 weeks, which isn't bad considering that the damage to my hood, radiator, and bumper was extensive. All needed replacement. When my car was ready, they dispatched a driver who actually picked me up at home and drove me to the shop, so I didn't have to inconvenience my friends or family. The car itself looks better than it did before the accident. Everything is flawless. They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car. It also appears that they cleaned the steering wheel, dashboard, console, etc. I had a great experience with Caliber and would use them again for repairs like this. read more

I have Geico insurance and this company is their "Preferred One Stop Repair Center". Upon hearing this, my wife thought that she had to take her Town and Country here after being rear ended. There was only cosmetic damage to the bumper (prep and repaint) and there was a ~ 14 inch crease on the outer skin of the lift gate. Having some experience in body repair, there is no doubt in my mind that all that they needed to do was remove the inner panel and pop the crease out. Then they could have cleaned it up (if even needed) with a hammer and dolly. But no, they decided to replace the outer skin. Well 3 weeks after dropping it off I get a call to let me know that they had broken the rear window and that it would be another week before we could get it back. Well 6 days go by and I get a call that it is ready to pick up. I pick my wife up from work and we go to get her beloved van back, FINALLY... Well..... it doesn't end there. As we are looking over the work before accepting it, my wife notices that the paint is pulled up all the way around the window. When they taped the window, they put the tape on the outer skin surface as well and when they were untaping it, the tape tore along the unpainted portion of the tape. When my wife used her fingernail to scratch at the paint at the window edge, the tape started peeling back and you could actually see primed/sealer. At this point I wanted to just take the car to a different body shop, but my wife refused, demanding that they fix what they effed up, and fix it now.... We got the vehicle back 3 or 4 days later and it was finally satisfactory enough that we took it. I would not recommend this company to my family and friends, hell I wouldn't even recommend them to someone I don't like. read more
